1st appointment: Karempelis was delayed in surgery at 9 am and his front office told me to either come back another day or see Physicians Assistant, as PA was able to do the same work as the MD. I knew that was incorrect but I chose to see him rather than waste a day. PA told me to have red light treatment, which I scheduled for several days later. 2nd appointment: PA busy, was given details of treatment by a young girl whose job title and qualfications she did not reveal. PA later set up red light lamp, then left me with the young girl who operated the lamp. Lamp was hot and uncomfortable to the extent that I began to wonder if something was wrong. After 20 minutes, she turned off the lamp. I was then sent me home with no Rx, no pain medication but with the understanding that my face would burn. Three hours later, when the topical anesthesia wore off, my face felt as though it was on fire. I had nothing to alleviate the pain and lay awake all night. All that time I was thinking of how much easier this procedure could have been if, at the very least, a mild pain reliever had been prescribed. Karempelis, who I never saw even for a minute, was referred to me by my primary care MD whose opinion trusted. I did not pick Karempelis' name out of the telephone book. I wanted to talk to Sharon, the office manager, but she didn't return my telephone call. NB: If, on the 2nd visit, Karempelis had bothered to introduce himself, I might have a slightly less negative opinion of his practice. But not by much. Prospective patients be warned: under no circumstances accept any treatment given by the Physicians Assistant. He has has no manners, polish, or delicacy. Your ears will bleed after 10 minutes of listening to his voice, which sounds like a braying donkey. He would be more appropriate at a charity hospital than a private practice that calls itself upscale.
Much Better at The Fahrenheit. I kept ordering food after I finished one dish. It was very good and priced affordably. Absolutely friendly. Great DJ, Live Music and Excellent Bar! They definitely serve alcohol and the staff is exceptional!
THE LADY THAT RUNS THAT STORE NOW IS SO MEAN, SHE DON'T SAY NOTHING TO YOU IF YOU SPEAK TO HER, SHE JUST STARE LOOKIG ALL MEAN AT YOU, AND CIGARETTE SMOKE ALL INSIDE OF THE STO THAT AIN'T GOOD FOR NO ONE'S HEALTH BUT INSIDE OF THE STORE ITS VERY NASTY THEY DON'T HAVE A LOT OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM BUT A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE THAT THE CLERK HAS I'LL JUST STOP GOING TO THAT STORE.
Got all my fluids, AC repair, and spark plugs done last week and they did a very professional job for a very good price. I have already recommended my entire family to come here and my brother brought his Mercedes and he said this place is great.
I have had a two-year debacle with my A/C. I went in to have the system repaired, at a cost of just over 1200 dollars. The A/C was not cold. Over the course of the next two summers....the shop claimed to have repaired every portion of the system, yet it never worked. They broke my vents, which don't directionally function. They flooded the wheel-well with water, from replacing an evaporator. After 20 plus visits, to have this rectified..along with other malfunctions that happened while my car was in their shop...(like getting it home at it all of a sudden, not starting), I was told that they could not diagnose it, and to go to a place with the proper equipment. My question was, why not tell me that at the very beginning? If you could not diagnose it, you could not repair it in the first place! I got it diagnosed, took it back, because they said they would make it right. I get there, they tell me they cannot do it, because the thing it needed they had nothing to do with, when it was the A/C unit, I initially went in to have repaired! They have gone through THREE managers..Roland, Daniel, and Marsh...who either left, or were fired for negligence. Long story short....they are disingenuous people...with shoddy mechanics. One of the mechanics...Tim, was late one day...and could not repair the shoddy work HE did on my car, because HIS CAR BROKE DOWN!!!! Enough said.
The store is clean, but I find the selectionis rather limited. The staff while polite, are like robots with the automatic hello and welcome. It's rather annoying truth be told.
For some reason the location is out of sweet tea. Management of this store is lacking. Not up to standard.
WARNING: Stay away from this practice. I went in and paid ($130) out of pocket for the diagnosis and treatment. The PA who saw me completely wasted my time and money. My diagnosis was "Oh, you just hurt it. It should be better in 2 weeks". It has been 3 months and it has gotten WORSE. I called the office again to see if they could prescribe something or follow up on the "lack of" care they provided to me before, and was told I could come in a PAY for another visit (Aka waste of time and money) to see if they could give it another shot. We are talking a minor and common skin condition. Not that hard. PLEASE save yourself the time, money and opportunity cost you will waste visiting this practice. I would give them less than one start if it were at all possible.
Tongue and Groove has one of the best and longest running Latin nights in Atlanta every Wednesday! The DJ is always dope and plays the best bachata, salsa and merengue hits! They even give free dance lessons from a local salsa and bachata dance instructor.
