Terrible attitude. Should never do business with them. Tried to make an appointment, the dispatcher didn't even have the patience to talk for more than 3 sentences, and hang up on your face.
Some excellent drivers, and some suck. Some know there way around fine, and some get lost in a cul-de-sac. Some get out to help customers load suitcases, and some pop the trunk from inside while the customer does this and then they complain they didn't get tipped. Some get out to help old and injured people who have difficulty, and try their best to let them sit up front realizing that 90 year old legs don't bend or work the way they once did, while some drivers must have never suffered an injury, or have no old people in their family and just don't understand what it's like to be old or injured, and I guess, some are just pricks while the others were raised by good parents. I go out of my way to generously tip the first type of driver, and make sure I under tip, if at all, the latter. I heard these guys complain about making $7 an hour where as 14 years ago, drivers earned $10-12 an hour weekdays, and $15-20 an hour weekends. I used to feel bad for the guys claiming these low numbers until I witnessed some of them, and the ones complaining about the pay were the latter. The good drivers still make a decent living, and I hope all customers go out of their way to give them the proper reward for what they do when they go the extra mile. Make sure these excellent drivers are compensated for a job well done, and hopefully, through natural selection, the bad drivers will become extinct.
This company doesn't deserve that one star. I am really disappointed in Woodbridge checker. The dispatcher and drivers all need a psych evaluation because there is something mentally wrong with everyone there. It's either that or maybe it's the fact they are all uneducated and got stuck working 12 bucks an hour while trying to support their ex and offspring. The dispatcher acts extremely tough over the phone but he turns out to be a short little boy. The drivers are late and they have a 15-20 min window, oh boy, those driver take advantage of that and make the 15-20 min window to 30-45 min. Talking to the dispatcher is like talking to a 15 year old child which I truly think he is because of his childish behavior. I feel sorry for these people because they're the one who actually need help, the drivers and dispatcher should drive themselves to a mental ward. I mean, bottom line, this place needs to get shut done IMMEDIATELY.
Poor service called for a cab was told 10 mins and 30 mins later still waiting called again ask ask how long and the dispatcher was extremely rude and hung up on me I will never recommend this cab service to anyone let alone call them again
Why are companies like this allowed to make money with such poor customer service? This company is also allowed to carry patients to Medical appointments via Logisticare. They are disrespectful, rude and they lie when needed. Logisticare does nothing to reprimand, or penalize this company so they continue this behavior. Logisticare should be brought up on charges for allowing this type of behavior from their providers.
One really rude dispatcher who will hang up on you mid-sentence. He'll lie to you when you call and ask where your cab is for ex. You say "Molly St." He'll say "oh well I heard Moward St." Or he'll tell you the driver came and waited an unrealistic amount of time and left .. His rude sarcastic comments are the main reason I won't be using this taxi service anymore. Other dispatchers and drivers are friendly and the rates are fair for the most part. I'm new to public transportation and I feel like everyone should be treated with respect regardless.
