I completely agree with HS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unreliable - the office staff is RUDE. We are paid through the end of March and we have not had our garbage picked up for the past two weeks and you can't get anyone to answer the phone. When they do, they are so RUDE its maddening! We will certainly NOT be using this company next quarter, and would advise anyone else to go elsewhere as well!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I was paid up on my trash service (I pay quarterly) and they had a "mix up" in the office......... Instead of calling or sending a letter they just dumped all of my trash in my yard and took the trash can. It took 2 weeks for them to bring another trash can. The office personnel could use some "home training"! Very Rude! I will change companies at the end of this quarter. After reading all of the reviews it seems like the owners would do something about this?

Terribly rude office personnel! When we decided we didn't want their services anymore, we hauled their garbage can up to the road on two different collection days. They never picked it up even though they drove by several times. Nicole Campbell sent me a letter from Country Waste threatening to file theft charges against me with the sheriff's department saying they hadn't been able to contact me or pick up the garbage can. RIDICULOUS! I don't know why they couldn't contact me since the threatening letter made it to my house and I'm often working in the yard when they drive by. The garbage can has been waiting at the same spot it's always been at when they collected garbage. This is a sorry excuse for a business.

This company is terrible. You pay for services quarterly and there are no bills sent before hand to remind you of any payments due. You get a late notice for sure though with extra charges for being late. They do not pick up like they are supposed to and won't even try emptying trash cans of there is ANYTHING sitting on the ground. I called to see why my trash hadn't been picked up and was told by a really rude receptionist that they had until sundown to do it. The next morning still no pick up. I called back to see why and they tried telling me that I didn't make the payment early enough that day for them to pick up. When I told the lady I had made the payment the day before pick up, after I had tried calling for days before that to do so, she then told me that it was too late in the day on the day before. I spoke with a woman at 9:30 am on the day before! I had left several messages the week before that. They do not do refunds either. We will be switching companies.

This is the worst company you can find. If you can find another company please do so. When I get home my trash can is in the middle of the road almost. They do not have enough concern about their customers. They are only concrerned with lining their pockets with your money. Every six months the rate increases....for what??? POOR SERVICES!!!!!

I have been using these people for 6 year, and it is the worst service, the worst customer service, and I wish a new company would come in to the area. In all the 6 years, I still have not receive good service, trash pickup changes without notice, and when you call they insult you and treat you like trash which they didn't pick up yet you paid them too. Run away from this company if you have a chance, we are stuck that why they can treat people like they do. I am looking for another service and when I find it I will post it here for other to see and save you the abuse I have suffered for 6 long years. Put cans out on Tuesday for pick up on Wed., they did not pick up and their notes say the can was not out on Wed.. They usually pick up but the customer service is very rude and always have lame excuses. Billing is a mess, signed up for direct draft and they took 6 months to get that right. I asked to cancel service and they will not refund any money, even if you pay ahead 3mos. or a year for that matter. DO NOT DO REFUNDS FOR ANYTHING. ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO.

.....Like the prev reviewers, my experience is just the same or worse. Broke trash cans, bad service, would not pick up trash as they should, and no one would answer phone calls! Yes, they might be cheaper than others, but man, you get what you paid for... I would not recommend them to anyone. Just because they are in trash business, customer service should not be that bad!

Our story is the same as these other reviews. They don't pick up trash and it takes the rest of the week calling them to pick up the trash IF they answer. They never call back. As far as the office to make payments..the rudest women out there who can't tell say thank you, or have a good day, they're just flat out rude and always in such a rush to get you off of the phone. I could say nastier things about my encounters with them. Needless to say we are switching ASAP and hopefully going to their biggest competitor. I say yes it's cheaper but it's all in how you're treated too.

I have had these people for a little over three months and I have to say the service has been terrible.. Half the time they don't pick up the trash at all. They claim to have sent me coupons to pay my quarterly payments in, which I never received. I get a late fee in the mail because I guess I didn't use a coupon to pay because I was under the impression I would be getting a bill so I call the office with intentions of making my payment. However the girl on the phone has no concept of customer service.. Rudest person I have ever talked to that expects to get money out of me.. As I explain to her the situation she rudley gasps her breath and tells me if I failed to open my welcome packet (the initial bill that prorated my first half month and next three months.. No coupons) then that is my fault.


I will now happily pay ten dollars extra a month to get a person willing to treat me like a person like a customer to pick up my trash..
