They serve the best Mexican food out of all the places I've tried in the entire county, and pretty much anywhere I've been. It is my first place of choice. The only thing I'd change is add margaritas to the menu.
The first time I went to Abelina's, the food was good, the place was redone inside, but the service very slow (particularly bringing the check, I ended up just approaching the counter). The second time I went there, the service was better, and the proprietor (perhaps Abelina herself?) very sweet,…
This is the best place in and around Bellville to eat at. The menu has great variety, and the service is excellent. The food ain't bad either. There is only one improvement they could make at this location, but I am sure they will not. They need to add a large 60"" Flat Screen T.V. on the wall…
Great food, great service. I just wish they had more room, because it is somewhat crowded. I love the lunch buffet, especially on Sundays. I think the owner ran a 5-star restaurant in Houston and when it changed owners, he decided to go out and start his own place. He did a GREAT job!

This is a very nice Mexican food restaurant, they have very friendly staff who greet you as if you're old friends every time you go. The food is very good and have never had problems with the service, even on busy evenings. Definitely recommend eating here!
Wonderful service. Nice family restaurant. The food and drinks are authentic. I so emjoy the cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Will be returning on a regular basis.
The first time I went to Abelina's, the food was good, the place was redone inside, but the service very slow (particularly bringing the check, I ended up just approaching the counter). The second time I went there, the service was better, and the proprietor (perhaps Abelina herself?) very sweet, friendly, accommodating, speaks fluent English, and attentive to our needs. This is a fledgling business, and it needs you to know about it and to try it with your friends so that they can succeed! I see no reason not to go there, they seem like very good hardworking people who make pretty tasty food, so if you are tired of Cazadores, Los Amigos, Mesquite Mexican Grill, the shady taqueria on US90, or just want to mix it up a bit, go here! Support your local businesses! Also, don't let the exterior fool you. They've completed remodeled the place and it is very neat and clean and bright and new inside. The menu isn't huge, nor is the cafe, but they do serve breakfast too! (They open at 8.)
