Employee's need an attitude adjustment!!!

I Choose SAG Because They use OEM glass and they led me to believe that it is safer and better quality than the glass created by safe light .
The irony here is that while their so called ""Expert"" Tecnician was taking out my old windshield he informed me that ""Glass is Glass and no two are really all that different SO yeah thats great because i just paid 30 dollars more for OEM Glass Because i fell for their their Scare tactics..
Anyway if that wasn't bad enough. I was initially informed that i would be called One hour prior to installation (NOT SO) and When Oscar the installer of my windshield did call it was with a crappy attitude because he was at my home waiting and as i was not informed that he was going to be there i wasn't home... ANYWAY he gave me attitude when he called and Than gave me attitude once i arrived at my house and i suppose Because i was so dumbfounded by shock and disbelief and because i was still needing my windshield replaced i actually went ahead and let him do the job ...?!? Though since i do expect Professionalism and respect Esp when I'm paying 300$ for something i called his supervisor to complain while he was working on my car... Need i add that i would Never have expected them to be so slick and considerate to actually call him while he was still at my home installing my windshild... But they were & you can Probably guess How well that went over because Before he left he made sure that i knew that he had been reprimanded by his boss and that he didn't think that he gave me attitude and told me that i did not deserve an appologie....Ugh OK REALLY???
What ever happened to customer service and the customer is always right? What ever you do don't let their sales pitch scare you It's BS that comes with Horrible customer service and over priced windshield that apparently is just Like any other windshield (This is according to their So Called ""Installation Expert""...)
