I went into a dealer to lease a Nissan altima 2016 for a 24 month lease , instead they signed me up for a 36 month lease. I spoke to a Mohamed Quasi who was the salesman to get this straightened out, he didn't want to do anything, I then spoke to a Gene who said he's a sales manager he also didn't want to do anything to straighten this out. I then spoke to a Romaine Perkins who is the sales manager, I explained him the entire situation you go in to lease a vehicle asking for one thing, then they go and sign you up for something else, he just kept repeating it can't be done . I spoke to Nissan motors corporation and they said it could be done and the dealer has to rectify the situation. . this dealership are a bunch of liars,& crooks, they don't stand by their word. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this dealership. I spoke to Joe a manager at at massapequa nissan he told me he would look into the matter and get back to me. I called back four days later to speak to Joe the manager, after putting me on hold for over ten minutes they told me that he's not available ,so I gave my name and phone number, they said he would get back to me, 10 days later I still haven't heard back from them. i wouldn't recommend this dealership they are liars, crooks, and a horrible customer service. Classic bait and switch tactics.
Your quoted a price, then when you return to actually pick up your vehicle the finance kid says the monthly payment is 80 bucks higher.
Should be a law against this.
STAY AWAY.

I traded in my 2006 maxiam and leased a 2011 altima All black top of the line love it great mpg . The sales person was very helpful and understood my needs . The service dept is very good . I had the car serviced twice...Great folks.
