Cranston Funeral Home

When asking Mrs. Cranston a question about my lost love one, she said to me, "You people need to get a grip!" Regardless of how often I had called (three times in three days), that is NOT what someone should hear when dealing with a funeral home employee. We will NEVER use this company again and we will tell all of our friends not to either.
