I went to this shop cause it was open on Saturday and I work long hours during the week and often travel for work. I walked in and was treated very courteously by then men that work in the shop. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of working with the woman that works there. She was downright rude and unprofessional when trying to sell my stuff to her. She had a bad attitude and when we asked why she was rejecting some of the items I was selling, she scoffed that they were damaged. When I asked to see proof, she could not simply pick up the first item and show me an issue, she had to dig around until she found a damaged item. In other words, most of them items were undamaged, but she was rejecting them probably because of her bad attitude. She seemed upset that she had several items to go through. When the man in the store, who was a co-owner, made me an offer, she gave him a bad attitude also and told him no. I can understand if they didn't want to make the offer, but arguing over it in front of customers is really unprofessional and pretty awkward. I came in thinking I would return but that's the last pawn shop I would go to. At least at other places they don't treat you like they do not want your business.

I went in with a 15 gram gold necklace. I was offered 250.00 for it. I tried to negotiate and was interrupted and cut off from talking. He then refused to even look at the second piece if jewelry I brought in. I just left a pawn shop in Pasadena that paid me 400.00 for the necklace.
