Sometimes it is good like the bathroom smells good and and the crowd of attendants don't stare at you making you feel awkward.(usually grouped around the front desk). Other times bathroom stinks, there are less attendants who sometimes help people, and less people so you can get the machine you want. They would be better if they :put a filter on the water fountain bc the tap is nasty, machines break down often and take weeks to repair. There are no classes and although they say there are 2 of each strength machine, well there is not. Dumbbells don't go above 60lbs and they ring a bell if u make a loud noise. Its a great place for watching the many T.V.s while working out which is great for aerobics but a distraction for a strength trainer.
Most people know everything that Planet Fitness has to offer, but if not, it is an excellent gym with more than enough equipment for everyone. It is very clean and spacious & has a way of making you feel very comfortable. The prices are phenomenal- $10/month for unlimited gym use or $20/month for unlimited gym & tanning use, you can even bring a friend & use any Planet Fitness location.
The only downfall I have is that I do have children so it is very hard for me to get a babysitter just to go to the gym. There are other gyms in the area that do offer onsite child care while the mom works out, but I don't really like those gyms or their prices.
It would be awesome if Planet Fitness created another package deal offering child care services & just charge a higher price. I would definitely pay the extra money to be able to use my favorite gym & not worry about where the kids are going to go. I'm sure many other mom's can agree with me & I'm sure Planet Fitness would get even more business than they already do!

Planet Fitness is a wonderful gym, it's very clean, spacious, & comfortable to be in. I wish I was able to go more but I do have children so it is very hard for me to get sitters just so I can use the gym. I actually just had to cancel my membership because of that & I'm absolutely devastated.
There are other gyms in the area that offer onsite child care but I am not thrilled with the gym itself or their prices. It would be completely ideal for me (and I'm sure many other mom's) if Planet Fitness created an additional package with a higher price offering onsite child care for those who need it. I would definitely pay the extra money to be able to use a gym that I love & I'm sure many other moms would too =)
