If your on CCIS beware of this place. Because you have requirements through CCIS they do not feel as though they are working for you and your child. The teachers are great, the people running it are terrible. Unfortunately those are the people you see while dropping of your child. I know it's convenient for location, but its a headache in the end.
We have had our infant son here since February and have had a great experience. We are moving to another Bright Horizons facility partly because its a lot closer to our Aunts house and she can pick our son up I am running late. The Scranton facility is new, and the location cant be beat especially if you work in the area. The hours are from 6am - 6 pm which is perfect for working parents.Everything is well organized and fairly regimented so there are multiple "safety" checks when it comes to food and medicine. The infant teachers are amazing and experienced and our son really bonded with them. As far as convenience, I had no problems with drop offs and pick ups. Everything was streamlined, which is awesome for working parents running late! If you work in the downtown Scranton area, it would be hard to find a better facility than this.
