The sons do not know how to run a business! Great musicians but unfriendly, change rules every week. Do not talk to customers (act like celebrity snobs). Can't sit in bar unless order food, oh but that changes. Run through a load of managers and waiters. Not a fun place to be after Gwen was unable to oversee.
Best quality; best selection, best service. I shop nowhere else for silver jewelry. Super nice family, very knowledgeable, will take so much time to show you things and let you try on pieces. No high pressure. I take all my out of town visitors here and I've bought countless items here. HIGHLY recommend.
**Service denial of a federally protected class**On the evening of Sat. Sept. 16-I brought 3 out of town guests to dine at what used to be my favorite Mexican spot in Scottsdale.I requested a table for 4 outdoors with an extra chair. The hostess told me immediately she was not able to to bring me an extra chair. When asked why-she stated this is the "policy" of the restaurant.I asked to speak with a manager. The female "manager" on duty that evening told me the same thing.4 months ago I almost lost my leg in a car accident when a man hit me and pinned me between two cars. I cannot sit for extended periods of time without being able to elevate my leg.I am just starting to be able to leave the house and this was a special occasion among friends for me to be able to get out for the evening. This female manager was extremely rude and kept repeating herself they would not "inconvenience" other guests and it was their policy to not allow an extra chair at my table. Our table was in the back and completely out of any space that an extra chair would have been a fire hazard, gotten in any guests way or even a servers path.Several guests could see my discomfort throughout our dinner and offered me the extra chair from their table, but the server was told to watch my table and not to allow it-and I had to politely decline as I didn't want my entire parties night to be ruined. I have never been made to feel so policed and so discarded as I was this evening at Diego Pops. I will NEVER return to this establishment, and I will NEVER send any more friends here either.I am absolutely disgusted by the complete and utter disregard by this staff and so called manager for my special needs and rights. This behavior is not only illegal, but really just quite disgusting in general. I certainly hope it is NOT the practice of the owner to deny his guests, with plenty of options to dine in our on-demand, rebounding economy- their basic human rights. Shame on you Diego Pops. Shame on you.
Glenna re-set my engagement ring (previous jeweler had not done a great job) and we ordered our wedding bands from her as well. We are in LOVE with all three rings. The quality and professionalism is the best I have seen of any jeweler I have met in the Phoenix area. Glenna even ordered a silver model of my ring so we could make sure it was perfect before she had it made. All of this was provided free of cost before the rings were finished. I highly recommended GG gems to anyone. Great for all price ranges!!
We were always fans of jalapeños, Macayos and El Ecantos. When we moved here in April of 2017 we then tried Manuel's. Absolutely our new favourite place. Everything about it is good. The chips and moreso the salsa is the best I have EVER had. Completely addicted to this place!!! New favorite.
Went with a group of friends. Couldnt find anything on the menu that really sounded good. I have gone to the Yardhouse near my home. They had a delicious summer salad which this Yardhouse had discontinued. Hot nachos which were not really that good.
Food was delicious. Service great. Centrally located in Old Town Scottsdale. Vert busy which means to me it was a popular place.
Long story short version: If you're verbally abused and harrassed by another customer the manager will probably deny it ever happened.I have been going to Zipps for years, can't even count how many times I have provided them with my business and needless to say, I don't know if I can ever go back again after being mistreated by a verbally abusive customer and then have that same customer file a complaint to the manager just to misdirect the blame towards myself. The general manager threatened to throw me out after the complaint (he said "I don't know what you are doing but stop it" haha what a joke) even though the other customer kept using f--- bombs against me before and after the manager spoke to me. I was so distraught I lodged a complaint with their corporate office and after 2-3 days they stated that the "staff" (which I am assuming is the same incompetent manager) denied that any of this ever occurred to me. I have never been so humiliated in my life and I will never be giving Zipps my money again. If I had been thrown out of the restaurant I would have most certainly sued for discrimination, but since I did nothing wrong (the manager couldn't even quantify why I was being given a complaint) they couldn't do anything to me except favor the abusive customer and take my money. Thanks but no thanks, never again Zipps.
Very friendly quick service. Good food without the big price tag. I had the carnitas quesadilla, it was good. My husband had chicken mole enchiladas and he stated they were excellent.
