Highly do not recommend anyone renting from Joe Unell. He is extremely corrupt, out to get any penny he can get, and does not care for his renters whatsoever. He is a terrible landlord and unfair when it comes to deposit returns. He "claims" he cleans and fixes his houses but certainly does neither, however he will definitely still charge his renters for it. He is unorganized when it comes to paperwork and getting facts straight for each of his houses. Definitely would not describe him as professional. I was accused of having a dog living in the house I rented from him, which I did, and it was clearly stated on my renters contract. He continued to threaten me with a $400 fine, although I paid my pet deposit and pet rent every month. Do yourself the favor and do not rent from his man.
Went with a group of friends. Couldnt find anything on the menu that really sounded good. I have gone to the Yardhouse near my home. They had a delicious summer salad which this Yardhouse had discontinued. Hot nachos which were not really that good.
This company has poor ethics , treats employees like cattle. Does not do back ground checks and hired felons
BEWARE - Slum lord who rents homes that are falling apart with no intention of fixing issues! They are quick to respond when rent is due, but they don't care when your utilities don't work...
Long story short version: If you're verbally abused and harrassed by another customer the manager will probably deny it ever happened.I have been going to Zipps for years, can't even count how many times I have provided them with my business and needless to say, I don't know if I can ever go back again after being mistreated by a verbally abusive customer and then have that same customer file a complaint to the manager just to misdirect the blame towards myself. The general manager threatened to throw me out after the complaint (he said "I don't know what you are doing but stop it" haha what a joke) even though the other customer kept using f--- bombs against me before and after the manager spoke to me. I was so distraught I lodged a complaint with their corporate office and after 2-3 days they stated that the "staff" (which I am assuming is the same incompetent manager) denied that any of this ever occurred to me. I have never been so humiliated in my life and I will never be giving Zipps my money again. If I had been thrown out of the restaurant I would have most certainly sued for discrimination, but since I did nothing wrong (the manager couldn't even quantify why I was being given a complaint) they couldn't do anything to me except favor the abusive customer and take my money. Thanks but no thanks, never again Zipps.

They are horrible NEVER rent from them. They promise to call and never do. They promise to fix problems that you are having and never get done.. Mice and bed bugs in their condo's We have been thru seven property managers and all bad bad bad. Customer service bad bad bad. They recieve 20 to 30% for what????
Just a terrible business. I've been a tenant with them for only 3 months and I was never notified about the change of my agent. Also I've gone through 4 agents because some "left", or are sick or etc. Also nobody will return my calls or emails. Completely unacceptable.
I agree this place is going down hill very quickly.This new policy, pay before you eat really sucks. They are the only sports bar in town that wants a card before I eat lunch. I have only been going to the Indian School location for 3 years. Looks like me and friends need to change sports bars. The loss of customers will cost you much more than the few people who walk on a tab.
If you are looking for a management company to collect your fee and your tenants rent but do nothing else then this is your management company. Their properties are dumps because there is no tenant screening or property inspections. No follow up ever. A recent response from Candice over the phone was "Okay, whatever". Run.
