My husband's car broke down in the office parking lot where he works in Tempe. He took it here because it was the closest place, and the engine was overheating so he was desperate. They "repaired" it, but my husband only got a few miles down the road before it broke down again. He had it towed back, and it was again "repaired." This time he got almost halfway home before the car broke down yet again. By this time we had paid these guys $700. Finally got the car home and took it to our regular (trustworthy) mechanic, only to discover the coolant tubes these guys had put in folded over on themselves and were causing even more damage. We had to pay $4,500 to our regular mechanic to fix it and repair the actual problem. Wouldn't have minded paying this upfront if we were told what was actually wrong with the car and it was actually corrected, not just "band-aid on a bullet hole" fixes. Now the owner of Taylor's, who is mysteriously never in the shop (even at 3 in the afternoon), is refusing to give us our money back, despite the fact that they did nothing to repair our car. They are in fact demanding that we supply them with an auto part in order to give us our money back, but once my husband procured the part (which is an odd request in the first place), we still don't have our money. Guess we have to put off adding money into our newborn son's college fund. Thanks Taylor's.
This shop is a joke.I called ahead on a Thursday to this shop based on a referral from someone I trust mechanically to address a code being thrown by my 2014 Ram 1500. I am aware of the part involved, and the related systems well enough to speak to the shop coordinator and the tech, and asked if this was something they could handle.I dropped the vehicle off on a Saturday before heading to a conference out of town. This is where I should have turned around. The key dropbox is attached to a gate/fence and is thin 1/16" metal (likely not even steel) with an opening large enough to fit fingers into (I'm guessing so the box can accommodate the thicker FOBs on todays vehicles), and has obviously been pried open a couple times. I wouldn't recommend leaving your vehicle here if you intend to drop off during non-business hours.The techs got to my vehicle Monday as we discussed and called me to tell me what I already knew about the codes and involved part. I asked them what their plan was and heard, "Um, we don't know, we can't figure it out because our shop software has no info on that code"I HAD TO BUY A SUBSCRIPTION TO MITCHELL PRODEMAND AND SEND THESE A**HATS THE CREDENTIALS SO THEY COULD TROUBLESHOOT MY VEHICLEAfter the techs performed their troubleshooting, I had to speak to the tech directly. They couldn't get the part to fail and throw the code, but had sufficient evidence to eliminate wiring, computer and sensor issues from consideration, leaving just the part. The tech explained he didn't want to replace the part because if I came back with the same code while the part was under their warranty of 12mo/12k miles, the shop would be on the hook to figure out the larger issue. THAT RIGHT THERE IS BULLSH*T CUSTOMER SERVICE.On top of it all, they had the gall to try and charge me for diagnostic time. THEY WANTED MONEY FOR FAILING TO DO THEIR JOB!!!I will give these guys credit, they're honest. They're just honest idiots.

I'm a new driver with a 2007 car that needed a few repairs. I was so worried that I would get screwed over and tricked so to say but people in the mechanic world but luckily my stepmom told me to go here. Tom is the most up front honest and caring person I've ever felt with for services of any kind. I have had so many questions and concerns and he has been patient and explained everything to me. I drive 30 mins to get to his shop and it's 100% worth the drive. I have also seen that he will drive people to work or home so they don't have to wait while their car is fixed. I couldn't recommend this shop enough they are by far the best.
My BMW has been serviced at Tech Plus since the day I bought it. These gents are fair and above all honest. I recommend them to all my Family and Friends
Finally found good and honest mechanics in Arizona!! Went there years ago and was not impressed but was recent told that management has changed so I gave them a try Jim, the manager there has been great! I now bring all my vehicles and company vehicles there! They always take care of my vehicles and always at a fair price! I highly recommend you give them a try! If you have in the past and wasn't happy, give the new management a chance. You will be happy you did!

Discount tire recommended me for an alignment to make my tires last longer it was way out and they fixed it. A month or two after I heard a grinding noise coming from my car and took it into Buddys they gave me a quick estimate I know my brakes were due to be changed soon. They fixed my car in no time very reasonably price for my BMW and very friendly guys up front. They even gave me a oil change coupon after, thanks guys!
Unfortunately I would prefer to give Buddy's Alignment & Auto Repair NO stars. I dropped off my daughter's Scion XA this morning, and asked Buddy's to check the brakes (she was hearing a noise intermittently when braking, and to check on the driver's side window (which was sometimes working, sometimes not). I received a call later that day with recommendations to replace front breaks w/ rotors, resurface rear break drums, and to replace the left window motor. The quote was for over $1,000!!Needless to say I decided to get other quotes.... but when I went to pick the car up, Buddy's charged me $52.98 for the quote!!I've never in my life been charged for an auto repair quote! I was shocked. Please beware. Buddy's does not offer free quotes! Obviously customer service is not a priority, how I would've appreciated an advanced warning that their quote had a price tag on it.I will never return, and I will never recommend Buddy's to anyone. ever
