Paid for a block of the week...bought material and have asked for the last two blocks emailed to us so we can finish the quilt. They keep promising to email it for a month now (4 time) with no results. Promised I would have it no later then yesterday morning by the owner. Again empty promise. Called today and they refused to come to the phone told they were busy and would call me back. I just received a call from the wife of the owner and was told by shouting at me never to come back to her shop because I told her I have asked for a month now and was told it's not their problem. What! I paid for these and because they are busy...scanner down...etc is somehow my problem...how? A month of excuses... Buying material for these blocks was not cheap either to not be able to finish it. Where is customer service.A lot of money for a quilt you can't finish because they don't fill their end that I personally paid for. I paid to receive all the blocks not just part of the blocks.
