        Overall

        We were recommended by our builder to get our racking ordered here. We stopped in, after making an appointment. We were told that our design would be ready within a few days. After three weeks of leaving voicemails and emails, we gave up. They obviously do not want our business. It threw our entire construction project off for months due to the delay. I would have appreciated at least a call or email back. So disappointing since they were recommended.

        Overall

        I stopped in and spoke with Sandy. He came out to our home 2 weeks ago to measure our wine cellar and discuss what we liked. He said he would have email me a quote in a day or so. I have called two times and left voicemail messages. He hasn't had the decency to return our calls. Perhaps the job is not worth enough? At least return a customer call to explain the hold up. Now my wine is being shipped from PA and I have no racks to put it on. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
