Hotel Theodore - Phoenix Hotels

I stayed there on New Years Eve. I called down at 7:30pm, 8:30pm and 10:00pm and each time requested an ice bucket. Each time, I was told that it would be sent right up and it never showed up. I had to keep running "down the hall" to get ice (which was half way around the hotel, which the arrows for the ice machine point the wrong way). I complained at the front desk and was told that only Julie (assistant manager) could make any adjustments for the inconvienance. I asked that she call, she didn't, until I made two more direct calls to her. I was offered a 10% reduction, but on a nearly 200.00 room bill, seemed like a useless gesture. The rooms were very dissappointing, the bathroom "door" is a sliding door with only limited privacy, the outside heaters were being "hoarded" by the valet staff, so the guests couldn't keep warm by them, etc etc. The list goes on, very dissappointed. I do not recommend staying there.
