They always offer you coffee, water, or a snack. Fantastic hair stylists and colorists, and I enjoy seeing her when I come in every 5-6 weeks. They are very good about calling to remind and confirm days/ times--and they stay on schedule as well. I like the new online concierge service to schedule appointments!

Wow I just got the best hair cut, color balyage, Braziilian all natural one, called Magic Sleek at Bravo. I love my stylist there. The owner and staff are so nice there and welcoming. My hair is so smooth, defrizzed and shiny. It has never looked so good and healthy before. They are amazing. I am going back and I highly recommend this Salon. Go for the Brazilian Blowout, or the all natural keratin treatment, I've had both here. It's the best.
Elena is a miracle worker at hair repair and color correction! I came in with a hair DISASTER! Bright yellow and completely dry from over processing. I left with a completely transformed head of hair. Great product to keep being gentle with.

Alicia at Bravo Salon is a treasure! Prior to seeing her, I had been to very pricey, supposedly top rated salons in Scottsdale, most of which either made my blondish hair too brassy or too dark. Alicia listened carefully to my concerns! I highly recommend Bravo Salon.

Expert at color correction, an excellent teacher of hair care and styling, and a professional who listens to her clients' requests. After leaving another stylist I had been faithful to for over ten years, bravo corrected the problems I was having with my hair. The Salon was comfortable and relaxed; everyone was having fun and engaging in conversation and laughter. I will definitely recommend the salon to everyone I know! Bravo!
