Definitely better then the chain stores. Unlike the chains, the folks at Arizona Gas Products are very knowledgeable about their products and they provide good customer service. I'm very happy with my grill and with the continued personal service from AGP. I would highly recommend them.

Not knowing what kind of grill was right for me Pledger took the time to educate me on the different grills available while walking me through the well organized store. He welcomed my questions. The owner, Pledger Robertson, has been incredibly helpful both on-site and over the phone, handling the installation and maintenance of my 2 BBQ units. Specifically, Pledger helped me to convert my jets from propane to natural gas in a matter of minutes. Additionally, the in-store staff has gone out of their way to track down the harder to come-by accessories for TEC units. Best of all, we have swapped many good recipes with them adding to our enjoyment of the TEC BBQ.The knowledge and resources available at AZ Gas Products have proven beneficial for myself and associates within the home improvement business time and time again.
