Arrived t this location for lunch at approximately 1:20 PM, and was immediately seated. Wait staff continually passed our table with no one talking our drink order or acknowledging us. After about 10 minutes noticed two staff members looking at our table. We were ignored for another 8 minutes until the Receptionist came over an apologized for the wait and stated how busy they were. From my view there not more than 30 people in the restaurant. Finally a waitress came to the table and stated, "SHE WAS THERE TO RESCUE OUR TABLE". She brought the wrong drink order, the Receptionist had placed. We decided to leave. Before leaving I contacted the Manager, who came out and inquired about my problem. She was the same individual from the back of the restaurant talking with the other waitress earlier. She already knew what the problem was. Her fake smile let me totally steaming. I informed her that I would be writing a critical review. I am a 70 year old, Black, Retired military veteran and my wife is Mexican American.
The staff here is amazing and super helpful! They have a great selection and all the product is displayed in a way that's easy to find and navigate. I have been in multiple times and every time has been a pleasure. Their delivery fee is reasonable and fast. For sure will be getting all my furniture here in the future!
Purchased a ton of new items for my new home. Went in at 10am placed my order at 3:00 and was able to get it all delivered the same night 6-midnight. And the best thing about it was I got free delivery because I purchased a mattress. Will definitely continue to shop here.

By far THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! We got talked into ordering an even more expensive couch than we were planning on spending but it was fine because it was a beautiful couch.The sales lady tells us that the couch is back ordered but should only take 2 weeks to get it but just Incase she has to warn us that it may take 4 weeks. We are past 4 weeks of us ordering this couch and we’ve had to call every day to see when it’s getting delivered as we have nothing in the living room.We finally here today that this couch is no longer being made and sent to Living Spaces. WOW! How ironic! They call to apologize and ask us to pick another couch. No discount. No customer service, nothing! My mind was blown at how little they cared about this.We then receive a voicemail from a “manager” who sounded like she was reading off of a sales script that they located a couch in a different state and we’d have to wait another 3 weeks and to call back if we have any questions.I’ve heard horror stories about this place but still went. WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK INSIDE OF THIS PLACE as it’s the worst service we’ve ever had when spending $3000 on something in our lives. Shame on them! Don’t waste your money here because they lie, stretch the truth and then do nothing to compensate for them not fulfilling their word!
Mothers Day Dinner was a success. Chef Juan knocked it out of the park with his signature paella and surf N turf dishes. Appetizers were quick and cooked to perfection. The octopus was just right and the clams too.Cesar, our waiter was very personable and helpful in decision making for menu/wine items.The owner, conversed with us and made us feel welcome.Highly recommend Bodega 13!
I was looking for an organic alternative for my cosmetics. Lots of options out there, but it was always hit and miss on colors and what I really needed. What I found at Organic Beauty Lounge was an inviting atmosphere with a very helpful staff. Roxana listened to my concerns about my skin and dealing with new lines and age spots...yikes! She offered a make up application tutorial and shared with me products that would address my issues. I loved the colors she selected (different than what I normally wear) and how to use products in multiple areas on the face to pull the look all together. I have a new make up bag full of gorgeous cosmetics that highlight and enhance my features and are healthy for my skin. I cannot wait to see what the fall palettes offer for the changing of the seasons...Yes even in AZ!
