I'll admit: I was skeptical about purchasing moissanite. My fiancé and I looked into several different options (including synthetic diamond). It was actually him who made the final decision on moissanite. However, I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about the engagement ring I now love and adore. The center stone was GIANT --2.16 carats (something we never could've afforded had it been diamond) --and it's surrounded by equally gorgeous smaller stones. And the best part? NO ONE can tell the difference! I've even taken it to local jewelry stores (had to have it resized) and until they actually tested the stone with their tools, they couldn't tell a difference. In all, the ring cost about $1,600, and from my estimates, it would've been about $25,000 had it been diamond. LADIES: don't settle on an engagement ring that has a small stone or a setting your don't love because you can't afford it. This was such a fantastic alternate route to buying diamonds, and the quality of both the band itself and the stones are incomparable. And, from what my fiancé has said, the purchasing process was a breeze. I would definitely buy from Schubach Jewelers again!
I took a watch in for a new battery. When they looked it over, they advised that it may have a problem with its works (based on behavior they saw). But they said they'd have a look and replace the battery. When I returned, they gave me the watch, but said that it truly did have a problem, and that I should take it for repairs (I am from out of town). But they did replace the battery, and when I asked how much I owed for the battery (after all I did get a new battery), they assured me that I owed nothing since, even though they replaced the battery, my watch was still not working. The fact that my watch wasn't working was certainly not their fault, so I am impressed that they still didn't charge me anything. I have previously lived in Scottsdale, and I've taken many watches to them and always got good service. Not only that, I had a diamond ring made there from an older ring, and they did an excellent job.
I got my ring from anothe jewlery store in the Chandler Mall, and they really messed it up. The center stone was not centered and the jems on the side of my ring were glued in not secured at all. I brought my ring to Gi Gi and she took care of us. She had an expert look at my ring and figure out what was the best way to make it last a lifetime. She was very thoughtful and wanted to make my ring last a lifetime. Im so happy I went to her and would not change a thing. The best part of bringing my ring to her is now she is my person to go to for check-ups. Every 6 months I cant bring my ring to her and not to the crappy company I first got the ring from. She is the best person to deal with and is perfect for any job you have. She is so much better then dealing with the mall stores. We are planning on getting all of our jewlery from her.
Isaac Jewelers is located at Kierland Commons. Its an outside shopping center, sort of the fashion district/ Rodeo Drive of Scottsdale, AZ. Isaac Jewelers is a very nice boutique store. My husband always gets me my Birthday present there, when we visit Scottsdale. The owner of Isaac Jewelers, Frank Isaac runs a really nice store. Wayne is the GM, we deal with him directly.. most times. Isaac Jewelers is a great shop! There are a couple of other really high end Jewelery stores in Scottsdale, but they are located in the Arcadia area- which is not close to where we stay when visiting. -Elizabeth
Wanda and her team at "CasaBlanca Fine Jewelers" have a store that offers exceptional service. Wanda's years of experience in the jewelery business combined with friendly personal service makes CasaBlanca a place you can trust for your smallest to largest jewelry purchases. My husband and I have watch batteries replaced and jewelry repairs done here. It's a great place to purchase gifts for all occasions. Wanda and her staff always help find an answer to what to buy for that hard-to-buy-for person! I highly recommend "CasaBlanca for all your jewelry needs. Merridith from Scottsdale AZ
I couldn't be happier with GemTime. I have a Movado where the stem broke off. I was sure it would have to be in the shop for days or weeks while a part had to be ordered. I walked in and the nice older gentleman (who had been fixing watches 50 years and was a 4th generation watch maker) had it fixed in 15 minutes and even replaced the battery. And the price was much lower than I expected. I would recommend these guys for any watch repair. I was also tempted to buy a watch, since they have so many beautiful ones.

Had a great experience with Marina and her husband. They are very knowledgeable and very fair with their pricing. Their works of art are exquisite - any piece is just beautiful. They are warm, friendly, and take the extra steps to ensure you are happy with your selections. I'll come back again and again - Joanne
There is the greatest jeweler tucked away in a Scottsdale shopping center. Jaheta Jewelry really came through for me in designing my engagement ring. He captured exactly my ideas and really cared about making it perfect for us. Thank you so much Jack for delivering amazing workmanship.
