STAY AWAY FROM SUSAN McGough!!!! She made the purchase of my home into a disastrous experience. She was nasty, rude, and a liar to boot. She told us things and then when they didn't get taken care of we were told that we should have gotten it in writing!!!! Even though my legal options are limited this woman certainly didn't act with any morals. My only hope is that someone will be lucky enough to see this and not use her EVER!!!!!! ``
Recently lost over $50,000.00 USD because of Brian Kusmer of Berkshire Hathaway. He operates out of a North Scottsdale branch. We had a property listed for several months and he convinced us he was the guy to sell it for a high price. He calls himself the "PV expert", in reality I don't think he sold any houses in Paradise Valley. Anyway, We were not getting anyone to buy the property at the high price he claimed he could get, so he brought a shady deal to us. He convinced us to sell the property on terms and wait to get paid the balance. Our attorney warned us this is a bad deal, Initially we refused but he kept saying take the deal, he guaranteed it would be good, he was very convincing. Fast forward, the buyer short sold the property and we were forced to take a huge loss on the property, all because we trusted Brian Kusmer. If this calls you for a listing, run the other way as fast as possible.
My grandparents set up a living trust with RJP for 995. That is supposed to come with support services for the life of the trust. When my grandfather passed away and changes needed to be made to the trust it took 2 weeks for someone to call us back. The woman was rude and had no answers for us and said she would get a message to the person with answers. That person never called. So a week later I call the main line as a new customer find out that my grandparents paid 995.00 and we cant even get a call back. I lost it and told them we were taking our business somewhere else. Half an hr later the rude lady calls back still has no answers, but was sweet as could be. She then gets us to the lawyer who has the answers. She was helpful we discussed changes and she said when it was done she would send someone to the house. Excellent because my grandmother doesnt get around very well and we wont have to go to a notary. So a week goes by and nothing. I call again leave a message again. The lawyer calls back and seems like she doesnt even know what we are talking about. After a few reminders she says the paperwork will be mailed out this week. When I ask about someone coming to the house, she says we dont do that. I remind her of our previous conversation. She says that she can see if that can be set up. At this point I know if we wait for that we will be waiting another couple of weeks. I told her just mail it. That 995.00 that is supposed to be service for the life of the trust, nope we have to pay another 300.00 for the changes to be made. RJP is in the business of estate planning unfortunately that also includes the death of their customer. They were rude, inconsiderate, and had no compassion in a time when we needed a little understanding. I would not recommend RJP to anyone. Go online to legal zoom or something similiar and pay 50.00 because thats the service you get from RJP. That one star is only there because I couldnt submit this without a star marked.
I just moved here from Great Falls, MT without my family do to my job being eliminated with the company I work for, so I decided to a move to Arizonia, so that I could continue my work for the same company. Being a middle age women Dean Bolton my realtor who I was referred to by a co-worker made me feel comfortable working with him. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I did at times feel overwhelmed with my husband not being here to help with our home buying, but Dean was able to help figure out my needs in a home that I was looking for. He made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me and my family. I recommend Dean Bolton with Pro Smart Realty to be the realtor you are looking for in purchasing, listing or even if you just looking for a place to rent.
I have done business with National Future Benefits for years and their agents have assisted me in managing my estate since my husband passed away. The article in the Arizona Republic was sensationalized as if it were in a tabloid. The law suit claiming that they cost clients millions was filed by Midland National Insurance not clients. Not one client was interviewed by the Arizona Republic nor have any clients filed suit or complained about National Future Benefits. They have been in business for over 18 years and consistently voted #1 by their clients. The Arizona Republic should be ashamed of printing half-truths!
I surrendered my home to foreclosure right after the firs of the year. Rossmar & Graham sent me a letter saying I was being "fined" for a violation even tho I put it in writing to R&G about surrendering the house, I DID NOT own it. They have repeatedly fined me even tho I no longer own the house. They will get ZERO from me considering I'm on SSDI which they CAN NOT legal;y get or sue me over.
