Amazing selection, knowledgeable employees, and everyone's approved! Buying a car couldn't be easier. I recommend everyone who's searching for a car and a good deal come in. Not to mention 100 years or 1,000,000 (yes 1 million!!) mile Powertrain warranty. I have never heard of a used dealership offering a warranty like that!
Recently I needed to purchase two large mirrors, and transport them, along with two chairs, to a particular location. How would I do this with my 4Dr Sedan (?) was my problem. I needed a truck in 24 Hours. I called Enterprise... who can through with a beautiful TRUCK at a great rate. In the past I have always looked to a friend, but that is often more hassle than help. This was so convenient and simple... I would surely do it again!
I had to make a sudden reservation for a rental near the end of the day when my car broke down. I selected the weekend value they offered for $9.99 per day for a compact, even though I knew it would be somewhat small for me. It turned out that they didn't have a compact available so they upgraded me to what was available which was a full size very nice Altima for the same price. It was a great deal and a great car. They picked me up and took me back home promptly and their staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend renting a car from this office and company.
Mr. Jims brings experience, quality lending, and 5-star customer service to the forefront. Everyone should check them out -- regardless of what situation you're in while looking for a new vehicle! Also: if you see this, what up Teresa!!!!
They made everything very easy from reservation to pick up & more when i returned. All was very fast, efficient & accurate. The staff are very courteous and smiling but also professional & efficient.
The folks were friendly and the value outstanding! They even upgraded me too! However they were going charge me an hourly late fee for dropping it off too late but my reservation stated that it didn't need to be dropped off for another hour. That was a bit puzzling and quite uneasy conversation. So be cautious on that! Also at pick up it only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Didn't realize that until I left the lot but I had to bring back full. So double check that too!!!
August 15 I made a reservation online with Enterprise for September 8 and 9. The estimated total with a 15% discount was $59.23 for the 2 days. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and quickly pulled my rental car out front where the agent and myself checked it for dents and chips. The Enterprise agent asked if I wanted to purchase the damage waiver to cover me in the case of an accident or other event that could cause damage to the rental car. I said no, he finished and provided me the paper work and I was on my way. I returned to Scottsdale AZ Enterprise September 9 around 5:00pm. The car was checked for dents chips and none were found. I didn't realize until later that I was charged $37.98 for the damage waiver that I said no to. My refund was $146.63 back from the $250 that was held for deposit. I thought $200 was held for deposit so my total ended up being $103.37 for renting a car for two days. I realize this is my mistake for not checking the receipt closer before leaving.
Had a rental vehicle52 days while mine was in body shop. Good clean vehicles, staff cheerfully fixed billing method change to bill at-fault party. Have used this office before and always a good experience.
Recently purchased a car at Certified Benz & Beemer. I dealt with professional sales person Jeff Hallenbeck and have to say he and the dealership were a pleasure to deal with. In this case I did most everything online prior to visiting any dealership. I had a car to trade or sell myself, told Jeff what I wanted for my trade and expressed an interest in a car they had for sale on their lot. Jeff & Benz & Beemer agreed to the price I wanted for my trade-in car and the price of the car I wanted to purchase from them over the phone. When I showed up to make the deal the next day I was expecting the games to start with my trade and purchase. Well, nothing changed from what we had discussed over the phone and we made the deal, which was painless, the service was very professional, and all parties were happy. I highly recommend Jeff Hallenbeck at Certified Benz & Beemer if you are in the market for car. Thanks Jeff for a pleasurable and professional experience. Mike
In March 2016, purchased a 2010 Mercedes S550 from Certified Benz & Beemer. Immediately after I purchased the car, the brakes started squeaking. CBB covered the brakes but only after four days, several emails, and over 25 phones calls to their dealership. In May, I got the oil & filters changed. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but CBB reported on the Carfax Report that the work was done prior to sale. In July, the car wouldn’t start. My initial thought was the battery but that wasn’t the issue. Forced to get the car towed back to the repair shop, the starter needed to be replaced. This month in August, the Airmatic sign came on & the car shifted. After getting the car towed & detailed, the shoddy body work became clear.Immediately, I called the Certified Benz & Beemer again. I spoke w/ Jack Schneider. Certified Benz & Beemer falsified their repair reports and repair services to Carfax. The car had major bodywork done & its clear Jack was aware though he failed to disclosed.
