an you describe your experience? * After researching other cars including the Avalon I was pretty sure I wanted to try my first Toyota. I also wanted to exploe a lease option which I had never done before. Matt my salesperson was very interested in my request for information on both car and lease. Matt indicated they could provide excellent lease terms. Anyway, I got caught up in the process and in a hurry and we agreed on a 60 month rather than the 36 month lease I had envisioned. I then was ushered to the Finance Department and was rushed through the process (which I was OK with) with very little being explained regarding detail of my first lease. A couple of days later I got thinking about the gross amount I would be paying if the lease went to full term and decided to "read" the lease for the first time. I was told in Finance that our credit score was in the 840's and we would be placed with the best company (and lowest interest) ...shouldn't the lease payment go down? I was told for $5 more a month I could extend the warranty coverage to the entire 60 months (why when they knew my intent was to trade-in at 36...but "ignorant Rod" said for $5 a month sure! The my total surprise when reviewing the lease document I had unknowingly signed up or been signed up for a $2000 extended warrant for 60 months. This fact was never mentioned by the Finance Wizard. Unexpectantly I was Contacted by Jason asking about my satisifaction. Obviously I was able to respond that I felt that I was signed up for an expense I didn't want or need. This is when things started to get better and quickly. He asked me to come in an we can straighten this out. Later that afternoon I did visit the dealership and was met by Matt my salesperson fully aware of the issue and escorted me to an empty cubicle. Soon after we were joined by the sales manager, both were very professional and interested in driving customer satisifaction. I explained what I still belive to be true that after applying my credit rating the Finance Wizard saw through lower interest rates the opportunity to asborb the extended warrant and tell me it would only cost $5 more per month. I guess in theory he was accurate but certainly not in the customers interest. Anyway, this is getting way too long and reliving what happened is not letting this get behind me. Matt and the Sale Manager (EJ or something with initials) listened to all this and straightforwardly said Right would fix to problem which they did. Right offered to re-write the contract eliminating the $2K extended or leave the contract the same and remburse the $2 and retain the extended warranty which I still will not need the last two years, not wanting to carry this on I agreed to accept. The issue is closed probably not to everyones satisifaction but I am as satisified as I will be. Right Toyota, the Sales Manager and Matt should all get an A+ for resolving this issue
When working with people such as you it is quite clear to us why Right Honda has been successful and will continue to be. Not having made an appointment, we naively took your time and became your priority. However, at no point did we feel that your plans for the day were more important than us. We immediately recognized that from the time we set foot at the dealership we were made to feel that we were the most important people on the premises.Although we had communicated through the internet we were going to purchase an Odyssey today after all our research, information, and competitive info was collected from the other 7 Honda dealerships, you spent your time with us providing additional information and insight into the vehicle. We would not have been surprised had you applied immediate pressure to us for purchasing from Right Honda. You didn’t know if we were going to cut our time short. You didn’t apply the pressure but found our key concerns and questions, educating us while at the same time building within us a confidence and trust in you, your expertise, and the Honda product. Your lack of pressure was most appreciated. However, ultimately it was your style and demeanor at the “right” pace (no pun intended) that enabled us to stay and complete the deal. Certainly, your willingness to negotiate and tell us you wanted our business played a part in our decisions. But, when it comes down to it, people sell to people and you did it right.Kathie and I were thoroughly impressed with how you kept us informed about what was happening in the process and that you were staying on top of it. Although you may have been involved with other people or responsibilities, we never felt that we were less than number 1 on your list and you were spending an appropriate amount of time making the process as quick as reasonable.Another characteristic where we were impressed was the new car orientation. The Odyssey has numerous features and your ability to go through them with a level of expertise definitely spoke well of Right Honda’s commitment to training its people. We know there is an expert source available. And, if there is that question that sits in the obscure corner, we know that you will research it and help us to the right answer.Each of you made today’s experience something that will have us talking to our family, relatives, and friends.Thank you.
shopping! I love Jake. I hate car buying! It seems to be a process of fast talking and wearing one down. I understand sales and "overcoming objections" but come on. In order to make the sale, I was offered one nice price (although I am certain that no one lost money on this lease). After agreeing to the price, I was asked to accept the same vehicle, but in a different color to get a vehicle off the lot that had been therefor 35 days vs 5 days on the one I had chosen: I agreed. I asked numerous times if my price would be better with a co-signer and was told numerous times that I did not need one. Jason was terrific. He got me a lower payment with my mother as a co-signer (oops). Because I did not have a car to trade in, I needed Jake to follow me home (plus a 3rd car to get Jake back). I got the needed signatures (for the co-signing) and Jake went his way with my paperwork. On Friday morning as we were getting ready to drive to Tucson for a graduation, I discovered that the 35 day old CRX was a 2 wheel drive as opposed to the AWD I had been looking at. I went back to Right Honda and Mike assured me he would make it right, but the price had been based on the 2WD and would go up $15-20 per month. No problem since Jason had already saved me that much with the co-signer. At issue was the time frame: I could not wait around for the paperwork to be completed because I had to get to Tucson for the graduation. No worries, he could have it ready for me Saturday. I was offered a full tank of gas for my trouble and that was very nice. I returned Saturday morning and made the exchange. Again, poor Jake had to follow me to get the co-signers signatures. Jake had shown me so many different vehicles had to waste time off the sales floor for 3 days and he did everything right. He deserves a bonus for his time and effort. Everything is now perfect in my world: I love my CRX -AWD. I just wish it had not taken so many trips to get it done - especially because I really was not looking to buy on Thursday: I really was just looking (a bit timid after being in an accident on October 19th in NY on day 1 of my return trip to AZ. My Honda Fit was totaled.).
The full gas tank on the Cadillac I turned in tells you I didn't plan to buy the Honda Accord Sport that day. All your sales people represented your company well and I'm pleased with the car I bought. I do, however, have concerns: * I purchased a three-year lease which was extensively explained. I also purchased the additional security system and servicing, including 15,000 and 30,000 mile servicing. I have no reason to disbelieve your staff but I have NOTHING in writing to substantiate these purchases. I'm told "It's in the HONDA computer system." I guess I'll know when I go into South Tacoma Honda for service. If they hand me charges for the service, I have nothing in writing to exempt payment. * This is the first time I've leased a vehicle. Had I talked to the friend I met today, I doubt I would have done the lease and probably would not have bought anything. I was told at the end of the lease, there's no mileage limit if I buy the car or lease a new one. If, in three years, I'm handed a $700 invoice for tires and whatever upon turning in the vehicle, I will know I was had. All of the written material protects HONDA. To be candid, I'm running scared. * A minor issue - I keep vehicle documentation. I wish they had not torn off the upper left quarter of the window sheet when it was removed. That's the area that lists specifications and detail of the vehicle.
hi, actually I was just at right Honda loking at the crv exl. a friend had mentioned to me the rav has a new look and is beautiful , so I only came to see the new rav. your sales staff were very proficient . I drove a car and walked away thinking ? CRV OR RAV..the RAV limited is more costly but nicer. days later I phoned another dealer in town seeking a limited NOnav.....they informed me they didn't have any but would get it for me...they worked me out the cost and payment. taking my trade. I own a business in town and feel the persons whom worked with me FIRST deserve to get my business. hopefully people would respect my time as I work hard at selling my product and so the only right thing to do is give the original guys a chance at getting my business...I value sales peoples time ! I came back and worked with nick and gave him the opportunity to sale me the vehicle......he did..he matched the deal I was offered at another dealership...I worked with the fellow in your fleet & they have ordered the exact car I want.. I gave a deposit and leaving the country , vacation .I will be in to pick up my RAV limited white / tan ...dark window tint. july 15 ish ? ..the transaction was easy. Fabio and moussa were wonderful to work with & I thank you.
Eric was very wonderful in helping us select a car. We ended up with not the car we had planned to look at but a new "Soul Plus" which they were able to get us in our budget. He was able to answer all our questions about safety and fuel ratings which are very inportant to us. Few things to mention; The mobile link could use some work- the milage on the cars aren't listed with the vehicle that's important otherwise will move on to the next dealership who list the milage, espeially if your driving around looking. Initally came it to see a car that we saw on-line after IM with Kristen only to arrive and find out already had another customer deposit on that car from the night before. Kristen should have been able to see the "hold" on the car and let us know at the time of the the messaging. Need a more effectient way of tracking vehicles within the lot.Salesmen should now on their computer exactly where cars are at all times. One car should have been on the roof, but was moved in the time Eric found it and we got there.The car we ended up buying was the shop "loaner" but listed for sale, but was loaned out to another customer.If things aren't on the lot the salesman should know where they are at all times.
I think this place is wonderful! I've been reading other reviews, and many people have written that the auto inventory is located in inconvenient places for test driving purposes, ie, some are stored inside the building similar to a parking garage. You have to wait for the salesperson to drive the car down to you, but so what? It literally took a max of 3 minutes for our salesperson to bring down several cars for us to test drive. AND, by keeping many of the cars indoors, keeps them cool and clear of sun damage. I purchased a car from them in June 2014, and was happy to have each car I test drove cool from being inside, as the temps outside were over 100 degrees. I didn't intend to purchase anything the day I went, only to browse and see what they had. However, a used 2012 Mercedes in mint condition won me over. The transaction was seamless. I traded my 10 yr old BMW 325 CI on the spot, and was out of there in less than an hour. Salesperson Ryan, and sales manager Lee were so easy going. No slick talk...just facts. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a higher end vehicle. They have several more makes than just BMW's and Mercedes. It's worth a look!!!
Experience was a good one. Ed was easy to work with. I had done a lot of research ahead of time and had an appointment set with him, as well as other dealers in the valley. Price we settled on seemed fair. Happy with the vehicle. Nick Sharma in finance was fantastic. He made sure I was well informed on lease vs. purchase pros and cons, went over the deal in ways I understood, and was very personable as well. However, at one point, his manager came in, and was one of the rudest people I have run across in a LONG time. He was mean and condescending to Nick in front of us, and was just a jerk overall. Apparently he felt Nick was taking too long with us (which he wasn't- we were in and out of the finance part in under 40 minutes), and his frustrations were apparent. Seemed like he wanted to be able to go home... If I was Nick, I would lodge a complaint for the way he was spoken to, and as a customer, I didn't appreciate his rudeness or barging in and filling the air with tension. This was the only part of my experience that marred it and I would mark exceptional because Ed and Nick were great, but this one guy ruined it, so very good is as good as it gets.
I was actively looking for a reliable, versatile and great car for a week . Tuesday afternoon May 14, 2013 after school, I've decided to look around and have visited other dealers in town but then found the one that I really like when my boyfriend and I went to Right Toyota Frank Lloyd wright Blvd. The sales man Samuel Schroeder approach us while we're looking a used VW cc . And he introduced us to Toyota RAV 4 certified used , we went for a test drive and fell in love with it right away! It's an amazing car, super like it a lot. Then, Sam and his Manager Fabio helped us getting the negotiation done the same evening the price we felt comfortable with. So, I bought the Car Brand new RAV 4 - I love it! The size is perfect for me , not too big nor too small. Excellent driving condition. I love the color, features and the over all experience during the process. Today, I drove my car to ASU and drives perfect! Overall, EXCELLENT Sales Experience! Great job Sam - thank you for your help. Thank you to Brian at World Motors! We are one of those difficult buyers! We do our research on everything before the contract is signed. The car we purchased was just perfect besides all the dead bugs on it from my husband driving home to Carson City, NV from Scottsdale, AZ. Don?t worry my husband just got it washed this morning, it?s perfect again! It's also great we have almost 2 years left of factory warranty but the way the car looks and handles, we are hoping we won't need it!!! World Motors gave us amazing service!!! We felt Brian went over and beyond!!!! We appreciate that he answered all the questions, setting us up with the car loan, picking up my husband from the hotel (he also offered to pick him up from the airport), seeing that everything was perfect before he drove off!!! They matched my credit union interest rate at 2.4%!!! This all took place in a 5-day time frame and we live in Carson City, NV! Also, a shout out to Tyler, we appreciated him stepping in and answering questions, when Brian was not available! We would not hesitate from buying a car at World Motors next time!
