Awful!! Today my experience with them just confirmed that they only care about the almighty dollar instead of customer satisfaction. I made an honest mistake with my payment. I was not notified until I questioned why I hadnt received my childs pictures. The owner and another lady named Casey were both extremely rude and very condescending when I tried to rectify the issue. They have taken both of my childrens school pictures for the last 5 years, ive spent a lot of money on picture orders over the years and you have never had an issue with my payments. This one time I make an honest mistake, a busy mom going a little too fast and grabbed the wrong checkbook, and they act like I am a criminal! What I find funny is, I saw a facebook post from a parent on your page that outlined all of the mistakes you made on her pictures and your response to her was "I wish we didnt make mistakes but we are human", yet I make a mistake and I am spoke to in a very condescending tone after 5 years of business with you over $36.00!! Not at all happy with the experience I had today.

Just received both my kids school photos taken by LDS. They're awful. They zoomed in really close and it's unflattering, put my older daughters' long beautiful hair behind her back and she had a small braid- they left the braid in front so it looked super weird. Her glasses have large glare on both sides. Both kids look miserable. I cannot believe I paid for these. I take far superior pics daily with my iphone. :( not a happy parent.
Absolute garbage. This was the company used through my sons' YMCA sports program. We ordered one set for each child, but only received one in the mail. After calling every week for 3 months, I was told on today's call that my payment didn't go through. A little odd, considering I gave them the same payment information for both children. I gave them the card number again, and asked why I wasn't notified. The person "in charge" told me "Well, I'm telling you now." Rude, disappointing, and horrible customer service.
