First time for breakfast. Coffee was good; not the full sandwich menu for breakfast; music was too loud; and employee was non accommodating. Couldn't hear over the music noise so didn't get the correct order. We were there before 10AM; no one else in the place and were rushed. Certainly not inviting, and music was annoying, plus limited breakfast menu.
Every time I go there ,I spend 20 dollars and all I ask for is no mayo. But every time I get mayo.i don't see how hard that is .. usually throw it away ..waste of money...not busy and still get it wrong ..
Service sucks I sit at the Window 15 min waiting on a cheeseburger and fry. Workers in there with hair all over there face. Terrible service terrible serve time. Terrible
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN OR ANY FOR THAT MATTER. THE FOREIGN MAN THAT WORKS THERE BEHIND THE COUNTER IS ALWAYS VERY RUDE AND UNHAPPY. I TRIED TO GET A REFILL ON MY WATER AND HE YELLED AT ME IN FRONT OF A LINE OF CUSTOMERS AND ACCUSED ME OF STEALING A DRINK!!! I ASKED HIM IF HE CHARGED FOR REFILLS FOR WATER AND HE TOLD ME I WAS LYING AND EMBARRESSED ME IN FRONT OF MANY CUSTOMERS, NOT ONLY ARE THEIR SEVERAL "FRUIT FLIES" FLYING AROUND THE FOOD IN THE DISPLAY CASE!! VERY RUDE FOREIGN PPL WHO DONT CAREHOW THEY COME ACROSS OR TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY ARE UNHAPPY WITH THEIR JOB. SUBWAY USE TO BE MY FAVORITE PLACE FOR SANDWICH’S, BUT HAS DECLINED IN SERVICE & FOOD VALUE IN THE LAST FEW YRS. WILL TAKE MY BUISNEES ELSE WHERE GOING FORWARD. SUBWAY NEEDS A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT AND ATTITUDES!
