        Overall

        They have managed my property for 15 years. We have a love affair going on for 15 years. They do the work, and we all reap the benefits: excellent tenants, happy owner, wonderful community.

        Outstanding service

        My experience as a tenant with this company was great. SVPM's staff is friendly, responsive &amp; thorough. The only deduction from my deposit was for some cleaning I missed. It is nice to have such professionalism, especially in this day &amp; age!
