Professionalism

Fraudulent, liars, scammers, no integrity.

A perfectly good car with no leaks went in for a regular oil change. They called a while later saying the drain hole was stripped and the car needed a new oil pan for $600. They would not admit to doing the damage, as if it was stripped before it went into their shop. Ended up repairing it with a $20 helicoil kit because we raised hell about it. Also should mention they tried to charge for more hours of work than would be possible for the helicoil repair between when I approved it and picked it up. Run of the mill scammers. Oh yea, your car needs a new oil pan. Keep it in the shop for a few days, shoot a little paint on the old oil pan, fix the damage they did with a helicoil, call it a new oil pan and charge $600 for parts and labor. Don't give these spineless monkey wrenches your business, take it to somebody you can trust.

I have used this shop in the p...

I have used this shop in the past and have found them to be honest and do good work at a reasonable price so when my car broke down and needed a fuel pump done I thought it would be a no brainer to have the car towed there to have the work done. Normally I like to do the work on my car myself but I don't have the knowledge or the tools for big jobs that require a lift so I figured I would let them do the work. I was prepared for it to be a pricey job given the labor involved and it did turn out the price for the job itself was fair BUT then they started naming off other things they said needed to be done such as belts needing to be replaced and the brakes needing to be done saying they were metal to metal and the rotors were warped so they would need to be replaced. This smelled fishy to me since I know with my car when those things need to be replaced they will start making squealing and squeaking noises to let you know they need to be replaced. I told them to just fix the pump and change the fuel filter (since it needed to be replaced) and told him I would check it out myself. When they called to let me know the car was ready they still tried to get me to authorize other things to do saying they were badly needed which I knew was a lie so I told them no. Picking up the car they were STILL trying to get me to do the things they mentioned earlier and told them no again, paid and left. When I got home I inspected everything and found it to be fine, but knowing I'm no skilled mechanic decided to get a second opinion from my dad who's been a licensed automotive technician for 30 plus years. He confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the things they mentioned with the exception being the brake pads would need to be replaced in maybe a year or so. No where near the metal to metal they where talking about and the rotors were perfectly fine. I also found out from him that the shop has changed hands recently so if you need work done other than an oil change I strongly suggest that you take your business elsewhere; since if you don't have the slightest idea about cars they will take you for all your worth!

Stay away!!!!!!! I had been...

Stay away!!!!!!!

I had been going to this shop for 15 years. Until recently (last 6 years) they have been great. Last year I was charged $2,700.00 for a brake repair and a 60,000 tune up and some mystery belt and hose repair due to "rodent damage". Recently I returned because the car wasn't starting correctly and using excess fuel. They charged me $130.00 for a diagnostic and an oil change I asked them NOT to do. I drove my car to the dealer who found the air filter compartment left open. The dealer has since found belts that were never changed, and re-programmed my car's computer at no cost. The dealer reviewed my work order (which was missing some important information that Integrity could NOT print out for me because the computer wasn't working) from Integrity and said I was over-charged 100-125%. The last visit to Integrity I was told my car had a blown head gasket and needed a new engine, but the dealer found the car to be in perfect working order except for the open air filter compartment. This place is full of incompetent, lying scammers. If you have money to toss away, give it to them, but take your car else where if you want it fixed. One star is one too many. AAA certified? I think not.
