My father in law and I drove down to Georgia Tech to pick my son up from school on a busy Friday night. I tan over something sharp and sliced my back passenger side tire. We we going to change it ourselves, but couldn’t find all the parts for the jack. I called AAA and we expected the help to come in 60-90 minutes, and Curtis was there in 15! He was friendly and efficient; a MUCH better experience than we all expected. Very pleasantly surprised!

My battery died unexpectedly, so I called AAA. I was given an estimated arrival of 45 minutes. Rush hour, raining ... yeah, right. They were here in less than 30 minutes, did some diagnostics to make sure it wasn't anything else, like the alternator, installed the battery, and were on their way. One guy appeared to be a trainee, but he was listening intently to the other guy, who was very thorough, and actively engaged, not just standing there.

on July 19th I called AAA. the guy that was washing my car locked the keys in my car so I said I have AAA I will call them to send someone out to open the door! WRONG ! THEY SENT PETE'S MOBILE SERVICE OF GEORGIA TO OPEN MY CAR WELL THEY DID AND THEY BROKE MY DOOR HANDLE AND RUBBER SEAL NOW ! I SAY TO THE SERVICE MAN OF PETE'S MOBLE SERVICE WHAT NOW?? HE GET'S JOHN THE SUPERVISOR LOL OH BY THE WAY JOHN DOES NOT HAVE A LAST NAME LOL SO I TALK TO JOHN HE SAYS DON'T WORRY THAT HE WILL HAVE DON CALL ME HE ALSO HAS NO LAST NAME AS WELL. DON SAYS BRING THE CAR TOMORROW TO THE SHOP THAT HE WOULD FIX MY DOOR RIGHT ! NO ! JOHN TOLD ME THAT DON WORKS FOR A BODY SHOP SO I'M THINKING THAT HE WILL FIX IT ??? WRONG ?? I FOUND OUT THAT DON WORK'S FOR PETE'S MOBILE SERVICE I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE THAT DON WORKS FOR A BODY SHOP HE DONT. SO SATURDAY I FOUND OUT DIFFERENTLY ALL HE WOULD SAY OVER AN OVER THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTSIDE HANDLE. YES THEY ARE I SAID SO I FILED A CLAIM WITH AAA TODAY I FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE ONLY CONTRACTORS FOR AAA NOT AAA IT'S SELF SUB CONTRACTORS. BUT I TOLD MISS BRITTANY ROBINSON AT AAA, WHY DID THEY USE THIS FLY BY NIGHT SHADETREE MECHANIC PETE'S MOBILE SERVICE IS A JOKE SO IF YOU SEE THIS NAME ON THE TRUCK'S YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF THROWING A ROCK THROUGH THE GLASS THAN LET THEM TOUCH ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES IM IN THE PROCESS OF FILEING A LAWSUIT TODAY!

I submitted a roadside assistance request to AAA after I couldn’t get my car to start. Within a few minutes of submitting the request, I got a call from Lawrence, a technician from Pete’s. Lawrence was very courteous, and I appreciated that he gave me an accurate ETA. Once he arrived, Lawrence was very friendly and knowledgeable. He tested my car battery, and upon verifying the battery still worked, located the loose component. He tightened down my battery and had me back on the road quickly. Thank you, Lawrence!

My battery died and called AAA for service on October 27, 2018. Pete’s of GA came and advised me I needed a new battery. They offered to replace my battery for $155.75 which included a 3 year warranty. I had it replaced; however, a few days later I checked my credit card bill online and noticed they billed me for $1,557.52!! I immediately called the company to let them know of the mistake and they told me to submit my info and they would quickly resolve it without making a dispute to my credit card. Once I submitted all my info, they never called me back. They’ve avoided my phone calls and have yet to rectify the careless mistake on their part. I have a receipt that clearly states the proper amount and they have made no effort to resolve this matter. I’ve put in a dispute with my credit card company now which is now going to take up to 48 days to resolve when they could have fixed it in a matter of minutes (as they said to me over the phone). I’m contacting Triple AAA as well to report it. Terrible business.
