Called to find out what the return policy was, I asked a few more Qs and the lady on the phone had gotten an attitude with me, asking me " if there is a reason I'm asking all the Qs" after a short pause I explained that I would be coming from some distance away and I wanted get an idea if the trip would be worth it to me. At that point the lady on the phone switched to a pleasnt tone and answered my Qs.. I truly don't feel as if the customer is what's important there.
I posted this on there facebook page and they blocked me!I used to love coming in the store. Every time your there the workers are just rude. Lots of good stuff but customer service isn't the best. I called to see if you guys were buying stuff and the rude guy on the phone was like "well you can call back in 2 months when we are taking stuff". He just wasint nice at all. Yes I under stand you guys were not taking stuff at the time but his tone of voice on the phone just wasint good.
