John J. Buettgen Funeral Home

John Buettgen is a terribly rude man, who when we were picking up the ashes of my sister-in-law, yelled at us for looking through an open door of the funeral home, calling us rude. He then proceeded to insult my mother-in-law, and tell us we had not been invited to sit down, so why should we expect to? This man is a complete jerk, and very condiscending. If you enjoy being treated very rudely in your time of need.... then pick this funeral home. If you want service and kindness, run, don't walk, to another funeral home.

Very poor service. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. No response to numerous issues. Save yourself time and trouble and go somwhere else.
