Had a severe allergic skin reaction occur over the weekend, and fortunately was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Helmold on the first office day after the weekend. Dr. Helmold was thorough and explained her process of ruling out what the condition wasn't. She quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and prescribed a treatment that resulted in quick resolution. The office has some new staff and they were courteous and professional. You can't underestimate the value of a "trained eye" in quickly identifying and resolving unsightly skin issues. I would highly recommend Drs. Helmold and Kucirka.

I was a long patient of Dr Kucirka. I saw her even when she was in an office in Laurys Station.

I saw her in her current office, also. When I called for an appointment, even as a past patient they told me I would be considered a new patient and they are not taking new patient. The person answering the phone was rude and condescending. She said there was nothing she could do the Dr. Kucirka was not taking new patients. It is really sad. I have been a long time patient. I live in the community of Schnecksville where this Dr. practices and I cannot get appointment. Very unprofessional office.

My appt was scheduled for 10:45, I was asked to show up 15 minutes early to fill out paper work. Because I am considerate, I showed up at 10:15 to give extra time. Still understanding my appt isn't until 10:45 I watched tv in the waiting room. I was moved to a small room to wait for the Dr by a very unpleasant assistant. At 11:25 I still had not seen a Dr. This is 55min past when I requested to be at their office and 40min after my official appt. I walked to the receptionist desk and told her I'm leaving, I can't afford to waste my time on unprofessional people. I understand being 5-10min behind, but not 55! If I would have been late, they would have cancelled my appt and probably charged me a fee for missing an appt like many Dr's do now. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Had to wait 4 months for an appt for my husband even though the rest of my family had been seen in this office before. He could not get off work early the day they gave me. When I asked to reschedule they said they could not get my husband in for 5 months later even though he was suffering. The women on the phone had no compassion.

Doctors are very thorough. They are all very friendly and make you feel at ease. They don't rush you out they take their time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend this practice.

Horrible customer service. Dr?s Assistant is very rude. First of you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks just for the Appointment. People are unfriendly.
