Horrible communication from the staff members. I went to refill my prescription when I noticed I was out of refills (my fault, I know, I made a mistake). I immediately made an appointment to see the doctor and then tried to get a single refill until the appointment. I was denied my medically necessary prescription refill that has severe consequences if not taken. When I tried calling I got no answer, sat on hold for 50 minuets! I drove down thinking the phones were down and the "manager" said no, we were just busy and aren't answering calls. Ummmm...okay, this is a doctor's office right? God forbid anyone needs medical help. I've been taking this medicine for over 15 years, 5 with this doctor. It's nothing new or abusable and I don't see why I couldn't get a few days worth until my appointment. I asked for a refill and appointment on Monday and it took a week just to get a response. Now I'm out of medicine on Friday and I have to figure out an alternative. I have never met a more greedy un-compassionate doctor and staff and I'm done. I will be finding a new doctor ASAP. The convenience of seeing a doctor close to home is not worth the awful service.AND when I asked for my medical records so I could see another doctor, they just handed them over. No ID check or anything....stupidity or negligence? This office is full of both, come at your own risk.
The Doctor's are probably fine; I had a good experience when I made it to one. But they must be taking on waaaaaay too many patients. I was really sick one day and sat on call waiting for 30 minutes (listening to the same message over and over when all I wanted to do was sleep since I was so sick). I finally gave up and went online to submit a form that promises they will call back in 24 hours. They never called. I scheduled an appointment online but the nearest appointment was a week and a half away. I figured I should still go since I had some residual symptoms. They called and said the Dr wasn't actually available that day (after I had received email confirmation he was). So they left me a message asking to move it up; which was frustrating cause I thought those times were not available. So after spending over 15 minutes waiting on the phone again I finally got through to somebody and told them my frustration and cancel the appointment. They just said thanks and hung up. No apology. The very first time I had tried to make an appointment they told me as a new patient it would be several weeks before I could see the doctor. I told them I had just been to the ER and the ER doctor told me to seek follow up care in just a few days. They did not care. I was not allowed. When I did get to see that doctor I waited a long time in the waiting room and there were several other very angry people in there because of how long they had to wait.Perhaps they play favorites? I've seen people post mixed reviews on FB groups before and I am very tempted to post as well since I don't wish the same fate on others. Anyway, I am finding a new Dr as I will not allow somebody to treat me so poorly; especially when I am sick.
Incredibly disappointed in this office. My husband and I recently moved from TX to FL. Concerned that we would need coverage for the move, we contacted our Allstate in Schertz, TX and spoke to Ashley Head to review our policy. After review, she informed us we would not have full coverage for the entire amount of our plan, but we would be covered for 10% of the value of our current policy while our items were in transit. We were fine with that and felt comfortable keeping the policy until we moved; therefore, we continued paying our premiums. Once our items were delivered, we immediately noticed several items had been damaged. Photos were taken and items were noted with the moving company before they left. This week we contacted Allstate to file the claim for our damaged items. Within 24 hours an adjuster contacted us and stated that we were in fact not covered for the damage to our items. We were sick! Apparently, the items were only covered if there was a fire or flood during transit. We would have purchased an additional policy from Allstate if this information would have been communicated upon our original inquiry. We spoke with this office on two different dates regarding our move and felt comfortable with our decision to keep our current policy. Since all conversations are recorded, we have requested copies of the conversations. We were lead to believe that damage to our goods while in transit would be covered. Now that we are attempting to collect, Allstate is singing a different tune.
Had a bad experience here. After bleeding for 4hours from sutures in my mouth, and unable to locate my dentist the staff at my dentist told me to contact my doctor. I called them three times,(per hour) with them telling me they would call back. The third time I said I am just coming in because I was really scared they said fine- they had a 1:15pm open. The staff personal that greeted me informed me that it was 1:30, I said what ever, then she Oh he can't see you if you are bleeding from the mouth. I said I was bleeding when I called three times earlier what is different now? She said Oh he doesn't see dental problems. I said Look am not going to argue with you I am in pain I need help and I want to see my doctor. She said well don't yell at me- I said I want to see my doctor! Then she called me up to the window again and said this is the person that works with the doctor all the time. This person told me that Dr Kellum could not work on dental problems maybe they could help me locate my dentist or perhaps I should go to a minor emergency, I asked where one was that I could go to as I just moved to Schertz in June. She gave me detailed directions to two and I left. I am not complaining about Dr Kellum not treating me I am complaining about being dismissed when I need medical help! The Doctor did not even look at me let alone help me! I expect my Doctor to help me when I have a medical problem, with advice if not with physcial help! This doctor is suppose to be my PPO with Humana and Medicare! needless to say I am going to look for a different doctor!
I am 24 years old and I was feeling exhausted and had to sleep 14 hours and I was still tired. WCT Medical helped me to get back on my feet again and feel AWESOME!I would suggest to anyone that this place was the best thing I ever did.I was way too young to feel that way I was feeling and it was because of very low testosterone.
Had a 1:45 appointment today. Not a long wait time at all. The physician and the physician in training that treated us were great. The staff was friendly and judging from the previous reviews, it seems like their service has greatly improved. Wonderful experience; will continue to use their services in the future.
