Nina is a great hair stylus, gives great cuts, is amazing at colors and styling. She is the only one that manage my crazy Puerto Rican hair, I wouldn't go to anybody else for hair cuts I highly recommend her!

Terrible service, management is absolutely incompetent and unfit for work at any corporate level.

My first review was denied because I wrote the profanity that a stylist was saying when we were there, let's see if this will be approved...Went there to get haircuts for my daughter and I. Walked in, no greeting. 2 stylists were busy so understood. My 8 year daughter fell in love with some headbands. As we looked one stylists came intothe waiting room to give her elderly client's husband coffee, commented on my daughters cute boots but no how can I help you. After sitting in the waiting room and having to explain to my daughter why the one stylist was using words like, a'hole, molesting me now, f'n jerk as she was having a conversation with her client, I was still willing to give this place a chance. Then when she was finished, instead of asking us how may she help us, she got on her phone called someone, came into the waiting room, smiled at us, sat down and continued talking. The only time she said anything to us was when we walked out and I said we have been waiting for awhile and instead of helping us you are on the phone with someone you called, the phone at the salon didn't ring once while there. She gave me a dirty look then talked about me to her client she was dirty talking to earlier! This place definitely doesn't want new customers
