Bad attitudes. Terrible customer service. I saw that the last review was 2010, so I could see an update was needed. Nothing has changed. Staff are not interested in the needs of customers. They are rude and disrespectful. With 2 customers in the store and 5 employees, this "girl" could not be bothered to show me a phone because I wanted to exchange mine, not buy a new one. Also outrightly refused to show how to move Apps from prior phone. $1600 in new phones and $250 a month and she's refuses assistance. No one says a thing.
I brought in my iPhone 5s for water damage. Was quoted $35-$45 for repair. Received a call a few days later and the bill was $135! I asked what happened to the price I had originally been quoted. The woman went through a list of repairs that I had not asked for. I asked why I had not been contacted before the extra repairs were made. No answer. I wouldn't recommend. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.
Watch out!! I got taken by Cory the salesperson. I called to see if my I phone would be ok with Verizon. I went to store and Cory told me "even though you don't need or want a phone, I get a commission" and you get it free. He then said "I'm having trouble hooking your I phone" "Take the free phone and in a couple of days i'll get your phone to work" 2 days later I called him and he said "our computors are down--I'll call you when I can "hook you up". ALL Baloney-he lied about the free phone-I'm being billed even though I returned it within the trial period. I'm being billed and once again Cory told me he would take care of the charges. A week later, no call so I called him. He evaded the conversation referring me to Verizon. Baloney deal-lied to me-denied it, he could care less. His last words were "go ahead and take us to court, it will cost you more that the 70.00" DONT GO TO ANY DIAMOND WIRELESS STORE!!! BEWARE you have been told.
