I actually was looking for a topics to rate them higher, but all around this company is just bad for businesses. They have just repackaged a decent companies product, because they have a "relationship" with Yext. Your better off working direct. The reputation "monitoring" is no great way to be ahead of problems. If your a company that beginning to get frustrated, I hope you saved up your energy. There whole program is designed to wear the customer down by talking to several people, before coming to the same conclusion every time - well it seems like we have been doing some work for you, so we're not going to refund, credit or change anything about how you've been treated - sound familiar to anyone?!
