I had the worst shopping experience ever at this place!! They promise you things and don't honor them. Another words they LIE! I would stay away from this place! There are tooooo many good eye care centers to bother going here! They said my insurance was in the plan - THEY WERE NOT! My expensive designer glasses chipped but I was two weeks past the warranty date and they did not do anything for me except to say the replacement frames would cost around $200 but suggested going online to see if I could find them less expensive which I did and they said they would put the lens in the replacement pair which they did! But they said I could get another 1 year warranty which they changed their minds on! BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I had to give a star rating but they do not even deserve the one Star!

My husband and I used to live in Schaumburg and have ordered glasses from here once prior to our recent experience. So, after moving to Tennessee we returned on vacation and decided to get my husband some new glasses since he needs them and we live in a rural area in Tennessee. After walking in someone informs us that they are pretty busy but will be able to squeeze him in in an hour or so. An hour and a half later they sit down with us to get his eyeglass order and realize he has not even been to see the Dr. yet. Finally they call him back and has his exam. My husband gives the associate the glasses he wishes to order (which were supposed to be on sale 2 for $99). He ended up paying over $400 and they told him they would need to be ordered. We'll this is a problem seeing as how we live in Tennessee. They say they can be shipped to Knoxville. We go ahead with the purchase. Almost a month later I call customer service to be told they have no idea and the frames he chose have been discontinued. In a month, no one decided to call or follow up letting us know of the issue. They say they "will call me back." I am not hopeful and will probably tell them to refund us our $400. Never again will we use Visionworks no matter the location!!!
