If a customer is not satisfied we have always rectified any problems. There are other companies with the same name so there some times can be confusion.         a/c unit stop working. so i called RAY'S HVAC.###Service tech came out and told me i need a new system. He told me my compressor is bad. I called another company and service tech repaired it and it was a simple capacitor or something like that. i will never call RAY's again.

        I had a service man come over to my house from Ray's heating for no cooling. The service man said my coil was dirty and he said he will clean it and can not guarantee it will work right. He try to sell me a new A/C unit for over $3000.00. I told him I will think about it and get back to him. I call a different company and they took 1.5 hours to clean my coil and my A/C unit has been working just fine for two months now. I think Ray's was trying to take advantage of a old lady on a fix budget.

        SALES COMPANY $$$!

        MY FURNACE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM. I CALLED AND SERVICEMAN CAME OUT 4HRS LATER HE SEEM MAD. WHEN HE INSPECTED MY FURNACE HE TOLD ME I NEED A NEW ONE. HE WASN'T ABLE TO FIX IT. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND LEFT. I CALLED FOR A SECOND OPINION DIFFERENT COMPANY AND SERVICEMAN FIX IT AND TOLD ME MY FURNACE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE!!!!!!!!
