Our experience with CBS has need nothing short of positive. The last few weeks has shown us that over the last few years we have been running incredibly inefficiently. While our revenue has been steadily increasing our margins and in the end profits have been flat. We are basically treading water and because of our inability to properly track in realtime we never noticed. Lawrence was able to help us implement real time tracking and inventory management. This was an expensive and laborious undertaking but one I am thankful we did. Without the help from Lawrence and CBS I do not think we would have been able to accomplish it.

Thanks again for all the help over the last month and a half. Without Thomas and his team we would have not been able to lock down our most recent request for additional lines of credit. Our books where a mess and our reporting was even worse. Thomas and his team were able to come in and help us organize both our processes and accounting practices. Without his help I honestly do not believe we would still have the doors open.

Our outside accountant recommended this company to help try and solve some of the operations issues that were getting worse as time went on. We hd someone from CBS work with our bookkeeper as well as some other of our staff. Within the first few weeks he was able to help us make some changes that not only helped us streamline our operations but also simplify our reporting process. It was a much needed change that has not only helped organize us but also lower our labor costs through reorganization of roles. I have a feeling we will be working with CBS in the future on other projects as they pop up.

I just finished working on a thorough business strategy with Darren and his team, and I couldn't be happier with the outcomes. Their passion and professionalism were immediately apparent. Darren and CBS in general spent time learning about our vision and objectives before creating a plan that not only takes care of my immediate requirements but also positions us for long-term success.

They helped us clean up some account issues from our last CFO and bookkeeper. With their guidance we decided it would make more sense to outsource these aspects of our business so we could focus on our core mission which is servicing clients and expanding our service area.

We started working with cbs a few months ago. The timing could not have been better. We have always had a great reputation in our industry but over the last few years we found ourselves struggling to stay ahead of the competition. We have a history of being incredibly conservative when it came to major changes and that even extended to our marketing efforts. After the initial analysis was done Phillip presented us with a general plan to make us more competitive and put us on a path to expand our business and service area. It took us a few weeks to make some of the initial changes but so far we like what we see. Some of the recommendations will take much longer as they require significant changes to staff and how we run the business. I look forward to being able to not only expand our business but making it more profitable. Hopefully once we are able to complete the necessary changes everything will come together.

Our time with Lawrence was very informative and he was able to help us make a few much needed changes in how we operate our business. I was initially a little skeptical because these things always look good on paper but usually end up falling short after implementation. Not so in our case because Lawrence and the rest of the CBS team walked us through the whole process and made sure we followed his plan to the letter. Our record keeping was also a mess which made everything more difficult than it needed to be. No matter we were able to implement almost all of the recommended changes and our operations are running smoother than ever. Most importantly he has shown me how to keep everyone accountable while also creating a collaborative working environment. I can honestly say I would never have been able to make the changes myself nor would they have been as effective.

It was great working with CBS these past few weeks. Specifically, I wanted to thanks James for all his help and expertise. I felt like he had a vested interest in my success and his buy-in really resonated with my staff. We have brought in outside people in the past and most times it just felt like they were going through the motions. That was not the case during our engagement with James and the rest of CBS. The amount of time James spent walking our staff through the recommended changes really made a difference in our initial rollout. To say he helped us revamp our internal policies would be a joke because we really never had any. What he did was help us implement standards and policies for the first time in our history and the changes are like night and day. While we are still as growth focused as ever, I can finally take a breath and not worry about the week-to-week swings. For the first time ever, I feel like we have a stable roadmap for the future and that is solely thanks to James and his team.

Mark was extremely helpful and professional. Things were made easy to understand and implement. Our books were mess due to a general misunderstanding of how to setup and use QuickBooks. Everything that needed to change was explained and a clear and concise way. Another issue was our inability to monitor stock levels in real time. They were able to help us setup and quickbooks POS which has made a huge difference. I appreciate their help, and it was a pleasure to work with Mark and CBS in general.
