The Hamilton

My husband and I had dinner there last night for the first time and we will definitely be back! The place itself has an antique decor that is appealing and the dining area where we ate was quiet. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. My husband ordered duck, a special they had and I ordered the steak off the menu with blue cheese and onions. It was my husband's first time trying duck and because of how good other review's were, he decided to try it. I wouldn't say he loved it, but that's not because they cooked it bad, just a little different. But the way they prepared it was done perfectly. My steak, which I ordered medium, was cooked perfectly. Very tender and flavorful. One of the best I've had. The roasted vegetables and homemade mashed potatoes were perfect as well. My husband got a beer, but I got their Hamilton Tea and it was delicious! For dessert, my husband ordered the apple strudel and it was definitely homemade and very yummy. I got the raspberry cheesecake martini which was also very yummy and very smooth. Definitely recommend this place and the prices are very fair for the quality of what you get.

Love this place the atmosphere is nice, food is great and the help are so nice. Only con is the drinks are a little on the pricey side. I always recommend to friends.
