Anyone familiar with Wendy's won't be disappointed with the food - it's the same as you get in any town (no better, no worse). The service, however, is always atrocious, no matter what time of day you go in. Mostly run by teens/young adults, they are usually too busy talking to each other and goofing off while you are waiting to have your order taken. Service, when you can get it, is SLOW as molasses. How they ever make it through the lunchtime "rush" is beyond me.I came in in one day when there was one person eating, one person at the drive through and me. They ignored me at the counter for a couple of minutes because they were too busy talking to each other about school. I finally placed my order. 10 minutes later, still no food and another person entered and they made them wait for service (no other people in the place). I asked how much longer it was going to be only to be told the cook hadn't even started mine yet. 3 people and mine wasn't started. They gave some lame excuse about the cook also working the drive through (apparently they can't handle a drive through order AND a counter order). If they can't handle two orders at the same time, they should get a new cook.Although I use this example to show how bad the service is, this is NOT a one time occurrence. This type of mentality and service is typical for Wendy's in Savannah. While I do love their great hamburgers, I do my utmost to avoid this place in town. I have had to ask for my money back on three separate visits because the service was so slow. DON'T GO! Visit Jacks or almost any other fast food place in town (some are better than others) but avoid Wendy's if you can.And Wendy's - you need to hire some customer service oriented employees who actually care about your paying customers. If you did, you might find your profit margin increasing dramatically!
Oh my goodness the little girl working the front counter was so sweet to me. Her name was christen. The food was okay and wait was long but was worth it.
this is by far the best subway ive ever been to! love the employees and my sandwich is always just like I like it!
IS THERE A NO STAR RATING WORST SERVICE EVER THEY NEVER GET THE ORDERS RIGHT MAJORITY OF THE TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS AND THE FOOD IS SOMETIMES COLD AND SLOPPED TOGETHER!
