For years I was hoping for a cleaners to open on Whitemarsh Isl. to my suprise I found Steamline cleaners and have been extreamely satisfied with their service, my shirts have never looked this great, their service reminded me of when I in the Marine Corp the way they starched my shirts. just the way I liked them. The customer service is second to none, I would highly recommend them over any cleaners in the Savannah area

Mr. & Mrs. Joseph ElmoreMy husband took 4 pair of pants to be hemmed at to length 34, and all we're hemmed to length 36. We called and spoke to a Ms. Cooper, she started yelling and stating that they do not keep record and we just lost $93.00. This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person to deal with the public. She would not allow me to speak with the Manager. We Wii NEVER EVER utilize this establishment again.
Dropped off 1 item on Friday morning. Ticket said it would be ready by 1pm Saturday. On Mon I went 2 times to be told truck not coming in today. Horrible service. Will not use again.
this place is the worst. rude employees and bad service took pants to be altered they use the wrong color thread and did not alter to right length an the black girl that works be counter is very rude ,please avoid this place
This place is by far the worst business on the planet. The employees are very rude, the quality of work is terrible and the parking and location of this business is very dangerous. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES THERE!!!! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because you have to.
Do not use this cleaner. Don't even think about it. You will be shocked not only by the poor service but also the astounding cost. Let the market speak and let this business wither away. If you want your shirts folded (beware the extra cost) they will charge for that but you will find them hung. If you want them hung they will substitute someone else's shirt for your own and then insist that the shirt you don't own really is your shirt. Also they charge extra for a shirt with two pockets. What? No explanation could be given for this little quirk other than a shoulder shrug. Oh, and they sell themselves as being 'green'. Why then the non-returnable plastic hangers (which if you want your shirts folded you did not want anyway). There is no place for this kind of place and it astounds me that it remains in business. Find another cleaner. It may take a while to find the one you want but you can eleminate this one now to shorten your search,
I took a pair of pants for alteration and dry cleaning on Dec 4th. I was told it would be about a week. I went back around the 12th and was told they were still in progress. My wife and I had checked twice since then only to be told still in progress. Picked up the pants today and the ticket said ready for pickup on Dec 11th. Where were they all that time. I figured I would have gotten a discount but no dice. Sorry service and will not be doing business with them again. I have a friend told not to come back again. Had I known that I would not have gone their in the first place. Avoid this business!!!
It is clean. The machines are well maintained. The people are nice. Has free wi-fi, which is always a plus. The only complaint I have is it is a bit pricey. They charge you extra to use hot water. The biggest machine costs $9.50. $.25 extra for hot water & $.25 more for heavily soiled. $10 on 1 machine is insane!
They have a drop off service that is quick and easy. I love when you come in they make sure you have every thing you need. It's like family there. And if you are student and don't have time to wash take advantage of the drop off service. For all of the busy people out and trying to save money best in town prices. Come on in and wash with family.
This place is inexpensive and the owner makes the experience great!
