I have purchased medicine and medical items here since the mid 1990s. The staff is professional, courteous, supportive, and its members are as helpful as one could wish. Service is relatively fast and far quicker than the larger chain drugstores where lines are much longer and waiting times are high. At the Prescription Shop, one receives personalized attention!
I have dealt with other agencies. Coastal Compounding is quite impressive. Very friendly staff. Incredibly fast service!
I was in a jam. My #CPAP power supply went out and I was on vacation from NYC in Hilton Head. Called all around to supply stores and got no help. As anyone that has a CPAP can imagine, it was a scary time. No sleep is no fun especially on vacation. Anyway, Steve and Janice at Walker in Savannah saved me. Not only where they responsive, they went the extra mile and worked a trade with the supplier so I could freely exchange the item. They didn't have to do that. They could have been just like the Hilton Head Supply companies that couldn't care less. But they were the epitome of what Southern Hospitality is all about. Well worth the hour-plus drive. Thank you Walker Medical!
My son is 8 years old and he’s still facing bedwetting issues, though it is reduced gradually after using DryBuddy Bedwetting alarm, am still hoping for his 100% recovery. He’s progressing towards achieving dry nights, am glad that my Doc suggested DryBuddy Bedwetting alarm, it works so cool that my son runs to the restroom once the alarm goes on. Am really happy with the way my son is responding to this alarm.
Service is decent but the policies are terrible. The owner is not out to please, her mission is to take as much of your money as possible through the fine print. Not recommended.
DryBuddy Bedwetting alarm is all that you need in one compact bedwetting alarm. We bought this alarm a month ago to help my daughter with her bed wetting accident. This alarm really worked like a charm and we had a great success. We bought this alarm based on our pediatrician’s suggestion. Am really glad the way my daughter is reacting to this alarm and I hope that she is no more a bed wetter. I strongly Recommend DryBuddy’s bedwetting alarm to all those who suffer from bedwetting accidents.
We just moved here from Indianapolis Indiana, I had stopped shopping at Walmart in Indianapolis, service was bad, pharmacy was bad, and people were just down right rude., so when I came to Savannah GA and found that a Walmart was the most convenient store to my home, I looked online and found a lot of bad reviews about this Walmart, but I always say see for yourself, so I went to the Walmart, wow what great customer service I had, I have been there several times since I've been in Savannah, and everyone has been great between customer service to the pharmacy to check out and all the cashiers am very happy with this Walmart and I will continue shopping there. Thank you staff for the great experience
My wife who is 69 years old was sent to South Coast to see a neurologist. She had blurred vision and a headache. It took 2 days to see a neurologist who order an MRI. Because of her other conditions she was prescribed a Valium to be taken before the test. The imaging center was supposed to call us to schedule an appointment. After a few days we called them. We were told that they did not get the orders from the doctor. We called the doctor's office who said they sent over the order to schedule the MRI. We called the Imaging Center again, this time they said they just received the orders. What makes this even worse is the doctor has his practice in the imaging center. Now we have an appointment in two days. We arrive early at the imaging center and check in and are told we don't have an appointment. The receptionist saw the look on my face and immediately looked into the matter. They had made another mistake, and she scheduled up for an MRI immediately. Then we go to the pharmacy at the Imaging Center for the Valium. Guess what they did not have the prescription. They called the doctor to get the prescription. Finally we get the Valium and the MRI done. Oh, but there is still more.We were told we would have the results in 2 days. I don't know why we should have to wait 2 days. At the end of the second day we did not hear from the center so we called them. We were told the the doctor left the office and since it was a weekend we would have to wait till Monday. Monday has just gone by and still no call. Two weeks have passed my wife still has headaches and blurred vision, and South Coast just doesn't give a damn. From now on it we need medical attention I will drive to the Mayo Clinic in Florida. I know people who have gone to the Mayo Clinic an was told they will run all the tests in one day and will find the answers.I gave them one star. I wish I could give them negative stars. Not one thing went right, and they don't care about their patients.
Worst customer service that I've ever seen. The Owner/Manager doesn't know how to talk to customers and can't sell a bottle of water in the desert. The place doesn't even smell pleasant... The place is cluttered and smells dry and musty instead of fragrant. Don't waste your time ...avoid at all costs!!
I've had it with this pharmacy. In the last year I've received an email telling me a prescription was ready, only to get there and find that it wasn't; picked up two prescriptions that had the wrong quantity filled; and most recently, discovered that my prescriptions had not been run through my insurance even though I was told at pick-up that they had been (Walgreens corporate arranged refunds). Terribly inattentive to detail, disorganized, and with long waits the norm. There are too many pharmacies in the area to have to put up with this poor service.
