Would not recommend using this company, their agent Jennifer Collins is so unprofessional. Schedule to view a home to rent, she was not available, agreed to meet her at a time she was available, in the same day, she called me back, tried to get me to agree to be able to rent a home, which I have not seen, on a date that was not suitable for me, she stated she did not want to drive to meet me if, I was not going to be able to get by a specific date. I told her who rents a home, that you never laid eyes on, so she met me. Needless to say, I walk around this unit on my own looking at the home listed for rent in Kendal Ct, she gave no in put, she stayed put downstairs, while I viewed the unit, never have I encountered such unprofessionalism, in my life. Another company will be glad for my services. Don't I repeat don't use Whitley and associates

Drew Grinde came highly recommended to me. I am lucky to have found him. He genuinely cares that you get exactly what you are looking for rather than a quick "sell", his goal is to find you a forever home. His incredible down to earth professionalism puts you at ease. He is exceptionally good in everything related to homes from construction and improvements, to the selling and negotiation process, he instantly becomes your trusted business partner. He does whatever it takes and goes above and beyond to cover the details that others miss, that matter the most.
Don't even think about using this agency. We own a property through an IRA. After years of problem free management with other agents, we suddenly started encountering all kinds of problems with JDM as our managers. We were getting calls from our Trust manager, that JDM was sending the wrong amts for rent, not charging for water per contract, etc. etc. One time they went two months without sending a rent check at all. They would never respond to our attempts at communication. I'm thinking the one person who left a good review must be his cousin. We are still dealing with repercussions from the incompetence of this agency.
Worst property management company ever. Cancelled a reservation that was booked a year out from arrival and never notified tenants of the cancellation until they called 2 days before arrival. Tried to rebook the party from a 3 bed studio into a single bed with a futon for 5 people. She thought because the new room was more expensive with less beds and substantially further than our requested location that we would be happy. When asked to cancel completely with the business the owner became rude and defensive (see attachment). Very unprofessional, greedy and no idea what customer service is. Stay Clear of this company/scam artist.
It's a pleasure to write this letter to thank you for all your hard work in selling my property. Thanks is not enough. In 2015, I tried to sell my house with a different agent and I felt so lost with him. He was all about making commissions instead of explaining things to me. At the end, I decided not sell my house. Around October 2016, I decided to sell my house. So I called Remax Savannah. They transferred me to Ms. Noel Daoud. From our first conversation I felt at ease. She was honest, professional and direct. She explained to me how the process would unfold so I wouldn't be surprised. She recommended that I repair and upgrade things in the house that would help with the sale. I explained to her that I'm currently stationed in Ft Campbell and I do not know any contractor in Savannah. She explained to me she got this and not to worry about a thing. She always listened to me and made herself available every time I called. The distance between us made me nervous about selling my house, but Ms. Noel communicated frequently and effectively with me. I was never blindsided or in the dark at any time. Previous agent focused more on a quick easy sale but not Ms. Noel. She has this sense of humor, very high energy and easy to talk to. It was a joy every time I talked to her on the phone.She sold my home within two months. I drove from Clarksville to Savannah to meet her and the buyers for the first time. When we met we hugged each other so tight. She is a Realtor that was clearly my partner and a friend. For all of these reasons, this is why I can unconditionally recommend Ms. Noel to my friends and acquaintances. Let me start off by saying this 1st I Haven't been living in one of the apartments for three months yet, and already had issues with both the apartment itself and definitely the poor management at this business. The Apartment is filled with Rats, roaches, spiders, and ants. Never did the management ever mentioned while signing up on the lease that the apartment had a huge pest issue. 2nd They have no real mantanice crew because the sorry contractor that they hired to do work around the house did a complete messed up job and never once did they come and inspect behind the guy to make sure he did EXACTLY what he was supposed to do. Also he had access to my home and only gave me one key which was to the front door and kept the backdoor key claiming that he has to get it from the office and return it there and refuse to give me my backdoor key making feel very unsafe and unsecured in my own apartment. When I let the manager Elizabeth Wallace know, she just look at me with a blank blunt look and pulled out the rest of keys she had and claimed that those were the only keys she had and when I let her know about how the sorry behind contractor had the backdoor key and was stating he had to get it from them to access my home, she kept pulling out those same set of keys she had in her desk still kept claiming that those were the only ones she had and I told her that her contractor had my backdoor key and was refusing to give it to me. Did she act upon it and immediately informed anyone about the problem? No! She just sat there and look at me with a nasty blunt attitude and Sarcastically, said as if the whole situation that I was explaining to her was funny to her and just said well, we'll get someone to change the locks on the door, but, it's gonna come out of your pockets. Felt like I literally had to pull teeth just to get management to send someone to the house and fixed things that definitely needed to be fixed and things still never got fixed, and to just get my backdoor key which by the way I never did get it! The Manager Elizabeth Wallace never tried to do her best to make sure that happened. She basically sat on the issues and basically said that it was solely our responsibility as the tenant to deal with basically everything , then when it was close to time to pay rent, brought up the issue and act as if she was gonna act on it and send the mantanice to do what was needed to do. 3rd, The Manager Elizabeth Wallace is Very rude and Very disrespectful. She does not care anything about the tenants and the tenants needs. Never did her part as a manager to make sure a tenant needs were taken care of and when asked about the simplest things and\\or asked about something to meet tenant needs , she gets very disrespectful and argumentative. Has no good people skills nor good customer service at ALL!! 4th They also do not send you out a notice in advance or at all yo let you know that the rent has changed and expect you to pay what they automatic go up on without letting you know. The rent when upon signing the lease in 2016 was $575.00 EXACT!! Then all of a suddenly when I was a day late with the rent, in 2017 they immediately sent out the current rent and late fee of 10% of the new rent payment which I'd now $600 and I wasn't informed or knew anything about the rent was gonna go up . 5th these people will not work with you AT ALL when you are past due on rent. The day you past the actual due date, they will IMMEDIATELY send you a HUGE late fee which is 10% of the rent plus the actual rent and will expect you to pay that IMMEDIATELY the following next business day or they will IMMEDIATELY take out a dispossession warrant on you and expect you to pay that and court fees and if don't ready to immediately evict you! WILL NOT CONSIDER SIGNING ANOTHER LEASE WITH THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!
Kristie and the team at SAVANNAH abode sold our home in less than 30 days AND found us the perfect "abode" in the neighborhood we wanted to be! We can't thank them enough. SAVANNAH abode is awesome!!
I have never dealt with an HOA this bad, they don't offer any services with the dues I pay and all they keep doing is charging me with violations for any and everything. if the grass is not cut too short for them, guess what, $100 fee, if you forget your trash can outside, guess what, $100 fee, when you call them to try to work things out, they don't care, they are disrespectful , they actually walked out on me during a meeting and they care about nothing but MONEY. they are here not for the community but to collect Money. I don't recommend anybody by a house under this HOA, I am actually trying to sell my house because of this HOA and nothing else. I am sick of paying them money for violations that mean nothing but the fact that they could collect my hard earned money. I feel bad I gave them one star but I had no option, I would give them negative 5 stars.
Mitchell & Associate inc is the worst company to rent from in Savannah Ga. I lived in the house for three years my rent never been late and never been a problem tenant. Rent is due on the first. I wrote him a letter and called him to let him know my rent is going be late on the 2 he went down to the courthouse to file for an eviction only for one day, anything in the house "does not" gets fix on time, my toilet was broken for four days and mold in the ceiling of the bathroom and he "did not" come till the next week to fix the toilet and did nothing about the mold but to come and take pictures of the house to make sure it's not damage . Mr Mitchell, talks about his business being successful but with a attitude like that he's a joke, a old ignorant disrespectful old man who as a nasty attitude if you call him I would never recommend no one to rent from him which is office looking like the 50. A person like him would never Get any blessings how he carrya himself and talked down to tenants.
