T.M.T. Service Repairs

I am a renter with American Homes 4 Rent. When I moved in their were several minor issues that the contractor didn't do prior to us moving in. I called American Homes to voice my complaint; within the hour Jael Warren a rep from TMT called and set up for a technician to come out. The next day on time Terrel Thomas came out and took care of all my issues. This man is awesome he knew just what to do to fix everything. He went over and beyond even fixing things I didn't report that he saw would become a issue. TMT fixed my doors that wasn't catching, installed my garbage disposal, retired my ceiling fan, and fixed my air condition that wasn't cooling. After all was done Jael called back to rate the service and find out if I was satisfied. I spoke to her and she explained they run their on company and American Homes contracts them for their homes. As long as I am a renter I will only request their service; and when I become a home owner TMT will be the only number I use to handle all of my repair needs. Their is nothing they don't do!! And I was truly impressed with their professionalism and work ethics.
