        Great service

        Ive been going to this chucky cheese for 15 years and its the best one ive ever went to very clean food is excellent and the employee's are very friendly and very attentive to making sure you have a great party.

        Well today my boyfriend and I ...

        Well today my boyfriend and I decided to take my son to Chuck-E-Cheese's as an early birthday gift. Before driving about an hour to this location, I checked the website to make sure that they opened up at 9am. We wanted to get there early to avoid being there when it got over crowded. When we did get there, it was already 9:48 am...and the doors were still locked! We looked at the sign and just like the website said, they were to open at 9. That is almost an hour past opening time and they still had not opened yet. We had to bang on the door a couple times before anyone came to unlock it. They almost lost customers by not having their doors open, and could have very well upset an excited little boy. A lot of the machines did not work as well and there were not "out of order" signs on most of them. I can say though, the pizza was awesome and despite some mishaps, my son did have a great time. The staff was also very helpful (after making it in there). I would go back again but I would suggest they have their doors unlocked at the right time.
