Batteries Plus Bulbs

A year ago I purchased 2 Duracell X2 Marine Batteries with a 2 year warranty for over $600. I went to start my boat & the batteries were dead, so I put them on the charger & they would only go to 11 volts, & as soon as you would remove them, they would drop to 5. So, I brought the batteries back, but because I didn't charge them again, they said they wouldn't honor the warranty. I told them I charged them before, but they said my charger was inferior, they were going to put them on theirs. When I called back later, I was told, they were still waiting for the first battery to charge to 13 volts, and haven't even started on the second one yet, so it was going to be awhile. Then they said, even though they could get the charge to 10, they wouldn't honor the warranty because it dropped to 5 when they took it off. I went to the store & spoke with Miguel who told me he wasn't going to do anything, because it had to be something wrong with my boat, then told my friend, "to control his wife".

been coming here for years, their customer service is not the same. very disappointing bcz i will not come here again.

Customer service, price and selection was great! Needed battery fort alarm system . In stock and less than ADT by alot!
