Stephanie is a corny excuse for comedian, but she was an excellent instructor. She was very nice and considerate. She knew her stuff and it was pleasurable being here although I didn't want to be here!

Managing a full time career that involves lots of travelling and at the same time managing a household is not an easy task! I was drained both mentally and physically. That’s when I went in to see Marchell who was so easy to talk to and not only listened attentively but asked just the right questions for me to open up. Talking to her, she made me analyze the stress points along with my routine. Since that initial consultation, I have had around four sessions with her so far, and am already learning to manage both work and household better.
Great job at this at this. These people are great people and does their job pretty well.Keep up the heresy work.
Although my experience with Coastal was overall a pleasant one, I must say--as with most facilities of this type--there was/is still a good deal to be desired regarding its function as a substance abuse treatment center and
Let me start by saying that Dr. Adler, the psychologist, was wonderful. I felt he was very thorough and patient with my 4 year old. The one star review is for the office itself. They are the most inefficient office I've ever step foot in. It took me calling 6 times and leaving 4 voicemails before I was able to make a appointment. They never returned my calls, I had to keep calling. The day of the appointment, I waited in line TEN MINUTES to check in. The receptionist didn't even acknowledge me. Checking out, the receptionist didn't even know how to schedule the follow up. It took 25 minutes to schedule the appointment. That place is inept and inefficient, and I will more than likely not be back if my insurance gives me the option to move.
Terrible customer service from both Negrin and staff. 2 hour wait is typical. "consultations" last about 5 minutes. it really is just an excuse for a copay and billing. Seems to be writing a lot of information down during the so-called session except the only questions ever asked are "Medicine working?" "How do you feel?" Followed by nothing but a script. And you have to have the session to get the meds. Schedule conflict and you cant make an appointment....no meds even if the patient runs out. Today was last straw. Staff called to confirm appointment, except they had the wrong time. Argued with me that I was wrong. Basically told me to take it or leave it. I asked why they were arguing with the customer. The receptionist told me I better take a deep breath and calm down. Then finally accepted my time stating they had to double-book and b/c of me everyone would have to wait, and we were lucky to be a patient because there is a shortage of psychiatrist in Savannah. Later same day, found another Dr. and cancelled my child's appointment. I have never been treated this way. Nothing good to say.
HORRIBLE! ablsolutly the worst place iv been to... HIGHLY unprofessional ghetto ratchet biches at the front desk...........I have not been there once without having sum kind problem.. they will make you an appointment , then when you show up they either say im not in the system and act like im in the wrong even though i got the app card to show them@!!!! a and the verdict- WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN
Most caring phyc. Dr I have had in 20 years. Thank you for your interest in me well being I can't express what little time you have taking with me and herd what I was saying. I appreciate your concern about my well being. Thank you Dr. R. I found you to be one outstanding doctor I look foreardY to getting better with your help. Thanks a million!
Dr. Adler is a great clinical psychologist. I have been seeing him for many years. He patiently helped me fill out my disability paperwork when I became too sick to work anymore. He is a wonderful doctor and a warm, compassionate human being. The staff is nice, the bldg. is very clean, and min. wait time to see the doctors. I highly recommend Horizon Behavioral Health for all your mental health needs. E-mail me at email@example.com if you have any questions. I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Adler.
Stay away from Dr. Arnold Negrin. He does not listen to you and when all the psychiatric meds start making you sick, he will just add on another med to mask SX or will abandon you as a patient if you get really sick and start complaining too much. He is very cold and uncaring. Also, he refused to fill out my disability paperwork when I became so ill that I could no longer work. He will take your money when you are doing good but will kick you to the curb during really bad times in your life and will not be there to support you. All he cares about is making money. He will talk to you 5 minutes, get you addicted to drugs like benzos, and just keep you coming back for refills. This is a very bad doctor IMO and I would not use him.
