FedEx does NOT care about their service. They deliver to a wrong address and then claim they didn't do anything wrong! It is up to you to find it!! Don't even bother calling because they don't care. Don't even bother going to their shipping facility, either. They just don't care. They are also rude and appear to resent their customers bothering them especially when they are in a hurry to lock the door and go home. FedEx used to be great a couple of decades ago, now they stink.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They don't deliver when they say and then send you on the other side of town to pick your package up. The facility doesn't have a phone number so you can speak to a human! Sucks on so many levels!
I have done business with Copy Quick for near 20 years. Billy and his wife have always done a great job for me. I highly recommend them for your printing needs.
Fedex is the most irritating delivery service. They deliver a package for which the sender requires a signature. No one is home and will not be during the delivery hours of Fedex any day. The package is returned to the Ship Center, but the Ship Center has no telephone number so that the recipiant can talk to a live human being and ask that they hold the package so that the recipiant can come to the facility and sign for it, even though it is at the airport where it is convenient for the recipiant. There is no way to talk to a living human being on the 800 number.
