We looked into the limo services provided by SLS, but decided to go with a different company per recommendations by other wedding vendors-and now we know why! We never signed a contract with SLS but the company kept sending us multiple invoices despite us informing them their services were not needed. While going through my email the morning of our wedding (10/3/15) I found an invoice and franticly paid it thinking I had not paid our desired limo service. Immediately after paying the invoice IN FULL, I realized my mistake and called SLS limo. The individual told me there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation and that they had been planning on driving for our wedding (which I find hard to believe-we hadn't paid anything until the DAY OF!) We asked that the driver no longer show up to venue, as services were not needed and we had another limo provider. Of course, SLS still sent their driver--talk about confused guests!! There are many limo providers, go with another company whose goal is to make your wedding day perfect and not to make a paycheck like SLS. I have NEVER been more displeased with a vendor.

Limo driver was really unpleasant and refused to turn on A/C for groom's father when he wanted to rest in the car. We let the limo go early cuz of the driver and they tried to charge us for the whole night anyway! Don't use this service! After the fact, they agreed to only charge me half, and gave me a credit toward my credit card, but then charged it to me again after they saw this review. Apparently, they think they can do whatever they want with your credit card once they have the number. Seems like fraud to me... I'm filing a dispute with my credit card.
