Comfort Keepers in Savannah literally made it possible for my uncle who had a stroke and lived alone with his cats to stay in his home. They also made it possible for my sister and I to stay in our homes out of state. After his stroke, my journey began to find help. We needed house cleaning, pet care, transportation, computer help, organizing, phoning, cooking etc. Truthfully, we had no idea what he might need because he was still in rehab. It would have broken his heart to give up his cats and home of 30 years and move to an assisted care facility. With Comfort Keepers, I have never received such personal, compassionate, competent service from any company and I am 68 years old. Every employee they have provided has been insightful, nice and flexible. I am so so very grateful for them.
The knowledgeable, well-trained staff provides high quality care. The genuinely care and I trust them. I'm confident my elderly father is in good hands and he really enjoys having them come to the house as well as take him out to run his little errands. I'd recommend this company above any others in this field.
Comfort Keepers has done so much for my family. Not only can my father live independently but it has released me from what could be a full time job making sure he is safe and happy. We have developed a really great relationship with our "keeper". We just adore her and it's easy to see that she genuinely cares for my father as well.
I was in a jam. My #CPAP power supply went out and I was on vacation from NYC in Hilton Head. Called all around to supply stores and got no help. As anyone that has a CPAP can imagine, it was a scary time. No sleep is no fun especially on vacation. Anyway, Steve and Janice at Walker in Savannah saved me. Not only where they responsive, they went the extra mile and worked a trade with the supplier so I could freely exchange the item. They didn't have to do that. They could have been just like the Hilton Head Supply companies that couldn't care less. But they were the epitome of what Southern Hospitality is all about. Well worth the hour-plus drive. Thank you Walker Medical!
My son is 8 years old and he’s still facing bedwetting issues, though it is reduced gradually after using DryBuddy Bedwetting alarm, am still hoping for his 100% recovery. He’s progressing towards achieving dry nights, am glad that my Doc suggested DryBuddy Bedwetting alarm, it works so cool that my son runs to the restroom once the alarm goes on. Am really happy with the way my son is responding to this alarm.
DryBuddy Bedwetting alarm is all that you need in one compact bedwetting alarm. We bought this alarm a month ago to help my daughter with her bed wetting accident. This alarm really worked like a charm and we had a great success. We bought this alarm based on our pediatrician’s suggestion. Am really glad the way my daughter is reacting to this alarm and I hope that she is no more a bed wetter. I strongly Recommend DryBuddy’s bedwetting alarm to all those who suffer from bedwetting accidents.
Definitely not customer focused. Especially, if your an active person who relies on medical equipment to maintain your independence. Most of the Savannah office staff, IMO, is extremely condescending. They don't ensure you have the parts you need... even when substantiated by medical documentation. They give you what they think you can get by with. And are very unconcerned.
This guy is not ok. I tried to do business with with Billy but he couldn't overcome his own arrogance. I wouldn't do business with him if I had no legs and he was giving away free wheelchairs. Has no respect for anyone other than himself. Type of business owner that treats his employees like dirt, just imagine how he will treat you.
I'd like to first say that the two reviews above are obviously for another business, as Comfort Keepers provides care for seniors at home. Most importantly I'd highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone that is looking for care for their senior. They are very professional when working with them during the entire process. And the care they provide for your senior is red carpet care. I will use them for my mother any day!
